Spacious apartment in a good neighbourhood near the town center. Need to climb stairs.
Excellent location, spacious apartment, coffee pods provided.
The pillows were too soft. It was challenging to climb up 2 floors of a narrow spiral staircase with heavy suitcases.

I do recommend this apartment. it is near the park as you come into Tain Hermitage, NOT in Tournon. I did know that but

Un grand espace lumineux, calme et ensoleillé: un bon gîte pour cuver du Tain l'Hermitage...
Spatieux, suffisamment calme, lumineux et (le cas échéant) ensoleillé. Facile à "chauffer". Electro-domestique de bonne qualité. Au 2e et dernier étage avec un escalier, pratique et récent, mais qui, parce qu'il grince, semble faire peur à certains (des anxieux un peu délirants peut-être?). Ne nécessite pas de voiture particulière: pas loin de la gare et pas très loin de plusieurs supermarchés (outre un petit, tout à côté). Propriétaire pouvant se rendre disponible.
A souffert d'occupations "sauvages": - des portes coulissantes d'armoire plus en très bon état, - des canapés plus très propres (mais sur lesquels on peut mettre de grands draps) - un robinet de lavabo avec un fort caractère... - plus de lave-vaisselle. C'est propre, mais pour nous, plus exigeants que la moyenne, cela aurait pu être plus fini (comme dans la plupart des nombreux autres gîtes français d'ailleurs...).

Está completamente equipado con todo lo necesario, incluso para pasar allí una gran temporada. Está decorado con gusto y tiene mucho encanto.
Había algunos desperfectos del mobiliario del baño y las escaleras estaban un poco sucias, pero el apartamento por dentro muy limpio.

Annonce tronquée !
De beaux espaces, un écran télé géant et emplacement en centre ville au calme. Lits faits. Sel, poivre, huile et produits d entretien. Éponges neuves c’est appréciable. Réactivité aux messages envoyés.
Un manque de propreté, une vétusté globale de l appartement (meubles abîmés, robinet sdb sur le point de casser…). Un escalier d accès en colimaçon de deux étages bruyants et qui parait instable. PAS DE PARKING PRIVÉ, PAS DE LAVE-VAISSELLE, PAS DE SÈCHE CHEVEUX alors que cela est noté dans l annonce et contrat. Suite à mon message signalant ces manquements, on répond que c est dû à la conciergerie…. Canapé inconfortable et cassé. Ameublement cheap.

Bien situé près du centre ville mais pas de parking privé !!!
Propreté canapé et four. Le lèche frite était dégoûtant. L’entrée et l’escalier en colimaçon !
