Really beautiful peaceful place to stay but Chalets need some care and attention

The location is fantastic for our needs...just out of town on the edge of the wooded hills overlooking the countryside with lovely views. The pool area was really nice (although a small pool) and walks in the surrounding woodland great.

We had a few issues with our stay. Firstly, my french is not good enough and that's totally my fault, so it was difficult to communicate our concerns. When we arrived we appeared not to be expected by the host. Our Chalet was not available but we weren't told why. We were given a caravan instead. No one approached us the next day, so I eventually found the owner to ask what was happening. It turned out the Chalet had a water leak in the bathroom, he said it would get fixed and he would let us know when we could move. At the end of the second day this happened. The floor had been bodged with new lino but the floor itself sagged alarmingly when you stood on it. The kitchen was tatty and the general cleanliness of the chalet wasn't great. On leaving, we were still charged the full rate and no apology was given.

Pleasant

The location is in the middle of nowhere and you are surrounded by nature which is great and you can appreciate all the sound of the nature.

No parking next to the wooden caravan which is quite a struggle when you have lots of luggage to take. The configuration of the « roulotte » is quite small and not the best. The location is far from any commodities.

Le calme à quelques minutes de Nyons. Le charme de la roulotte très bien aménagée et confortable. La petite piscine pour se rafraîchir.

À mon avis essayer les roulottes

Être dans la nature un hôte sympa mais pas prêt à accueillir les clients. Mais ça passe.

C’est la première fois que je dois payer les draps dans un « hôtel ». Mais c’était un séjour agréable. Nous avions réservé des roulottes nous avons eu des chalets, réservation pas prise au sérieux.

Le calme, la nature. Tout pour un repos, endroit zen. Malgré un accès atypique, un chemin chaotique qui nous a surpris en arrivant. Mais nous avons eu un accueil très sympathique du propriétaire..

Juste l'accès qui est très pentu. Mais bien indiqué. Au fil des jours on s'y fait...

Le lieu, le logement est lumineux

Un peu long à chauffer, la capacité de stockage de l'eau chaude sanitaire suffisante pour 2 en faisant attention mais je pense insuffisante pour 4, bien sûr en hiver.
