Lovely friendly staff welcomed us. Room was comfortable.food was good and plenty of it. The only disappointment was the lack of parking and as a result of using their other parking area our car was damaged by another driver. As no details were taken by the hotel of their clients vehicle we were unable to do anything about their client damaging our car. They website needs better details on the parking facilities.

Excellent central location, clean, comfortable, properly working AC, breakfast buffet and restaurant open all day, even late for an after-concert meal when other places are closed. The management is very friendly and helpful. I will return when I’m in the area again.

We were there for only one night but it was in a great location, had parking, the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

The staff could not have been nicer. The breakfast was also very good. The room we had needs to be gutted and redone. The floors creak no matter where you walk. There are obvious signs that the room had a water leak from the bathroom. There was a piece of carpet that had been cut out and replaced and there were water stains in the carpet near the bathroom.

Not the usual Kyriad hotel standard. The decor was tired and sad making hotel feel like a retirement home. The carpet was dirty in lobby and room. Lobby smelled like an ashtray. We were more than a little disappointed.

Rooms compact but clean. A little outdated in the reception area but we only needed somewhere to lay our heads for the night so great value. Parking was 5 Euros but only about 8 parking spaces. Our room smelt but they changed the room immediately so no problem.

We had a reservation at a budget hotel that didn’t have a night clerk, and the code they emailed us didn’t work, so we needed a place at the last minute after 9pm. While traveling in Europe in the summer, I have 2 main criteria: air conditioning and parking. Parking was limited but adequate; they actually close and lock the gate at night. The A/C in the room worked wonderfully well during the ongoing heatwave. I made the reservation online and drove to 5 minutes to the hotel; when I arrived - after their declared check-in time - the deal clerk already had our room key waiting for us. Our room was small with 2x twin beds, but it was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. The foyer, stairwells, and hallways are a bit worn and could use updating, but everything was clean. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at the Kyriad Orange Centre for the first time three years ago. Back then, I really liked it, and so this was my 3rd stay at this hotel. Although the staff are still friendly and welcoming the location is good and the breakfast is good, the hotel has become increasingly more run-down and less clean in the last three years. (Pooh(!) in our private loo upon arrival a dirty mirror and various other stains in the room cigarette burns (holes) in the curtains and a very stained carpet in the hallway.)

We had a lovely day and night here the Arch di Triumph and the amphitheatre are well worth seeing , many good places to eat and drink ,the hotel is brilliant if you dont want to go out in the evening .The reception staff friendly and helpful . We really enjoyed our stay

Staff was very nice and helpful. Our room seemed to be very new. The beds, linens and comforter were excellent. We had a kettle in our room that was very much appreciated. Not a romantic stay but it was new, modern and clean. The location is a couple of blocks from the amphitheater.

This is a simple hotel, far from luxurious, but for the price it's definitely worth it. Clean, quiet, great location and friendly service. We arrived late and the indoor garage parking was full, but we easily found a spot on a nearby side street.

If you're looking for the "fancy", wong place. The hotel and rooms are small and simple. I really don't have any complaints, other than I'm use to normal American style facilities. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Iy has a good central location for wine seekers and Roman history. Just don't expect the "fancy". Also, the rooms do have private bathrooms, but the showers/tubs only have a half door.
