Clean, well equipped apartment with shady terrace and convenient parking. Loved the trannquility of the swimming pool compared to the mania of the leisure pool.Good

Good value for money

Great value for money. Nothing fancy but really worth a stay. The high number of trees and bushes give the place a feeling of serenity.

The fast wifi (top up) wasn't stable or fast - which turned out to be a good thing :) -and the second pool was closed - which made it very crowded attimes at the open pool. A little heads-up about that on the website would have been appreciated.

l appartement est un peu vieillissant petite taille structure collective agréable grand parc extérieur

odeur d'humidité dans l'appartement (situé en rez-de-chaussée)

Belle endroit pour des vacances paisible

La piscine du haut était bien avec son toboggan et ces jets d'eau, le personnel de l'accueil et la personne qui fait les animations étaient sympathique, le cinéma, les cours de tennis et le mini golf, dommage en revanche que pour ces deux derniers un petit supplément soit demandé même si c'est dérisoire (2€50)pour la famille, vue le prix de la location on aurait aimé que se soit inclus après c'est peut être une façon d'être sur que les gens ne bloque pas un créneau horaire et finalement ne viennent pas. Globalement tout était propre et fonctionnel, c'est un belle endroit bien situé, il y a pas mal de chose à voir autour.

Le restaurant n'était pas a la hauteur, c'est beaucoup trop chère pour la qualité servi, il vaut mieux aller a ceux qui sont dans la ville a coté.

Emplacement parfait. Personnel très accueillant, prévenant, et foncièrement agreable.

Qu'en dehors des heures d'ouverture du restaurant, qu'on ne puisse ni prendre un café, bière ou glace. Sinon, restauration très bonne, rapport qualité/prix ok. Pour l'ouverture de la piscine, 10h, c'est un peu tard.

Week-end trop court

Les équipements très nombreux, idéal pour la famille, superbe piscine !!! mini golf, tyrolienne, jeux pour enfants... Le parc est très bien entretenu. La vue sur la piscine depuis notre studio, est au top.

Nous avons tout apprécié, le point le moins bien de notre week-end :les lits du studio, petit une place. Tout le reste a surpassé ce petit inconvénient.

Bon séjour avec de bons plats à emporter

Je ne peux pas beaucoup marcher donc je suis souvent en fauteuil électrique. J’ai apprécié l’emplacement du logement qui était à côté de la piscine, restaurant, glacier… J’ai adoré la piscine !!! Les matelas étaient de bonne qualité.

Je trouve que les appartements manquent de confort. La baignoire pour prendre une douche donc je n’ai pas pu en prendre car impossible pour moi de me mettre dans la baignoire. Le ménage laisse à désirer.

Idéal pour des vacances tranquilles en famille

- L'ambiance club de vacances avec des animations aussi pour les ados - Les 3 piscines, la ravieres sauvages, es accommodation sur places (resto, bar, laverie, supérette, mini golf, étales éphémères,...) - l esthétique du village, jolies petites maisonnettes ou petits blocs d appartements éparpillés dans l'environnement verdoyant et naturel du village - Parfait pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas sortir du village de vacances.

- L étroitesse de l appartement - Le manque de climatisation (malgré les ventilateurs la chaleur etait invivable et nous avons dormi sur la terrasse durant 3 jours). C'était la canicule mais vu la récurrence des situations meteorologiques extrêmes, le village devraut penser à investir dans l air co pour certains logements - Le manque d'aération et courant d air dans l appartement qui sentait terriblement la moisissure

Slechte communicatie en niet-meedenkend personeel

Niets.

Door een ongeval moesten we in Frankrijk blijven. Aangezien alles bezet was, moesten we hier wel boeken. Door de ANWB konden we ineens tóch naar huis, net nadat we hier geboekt hadden. Aan Booking.com de situatie uitgelegd en ook 3x naar de camping gebeld. Maar ze wilden ons niet ons geld terugbetalen. Super slechte service en slechte communicatie!!

C est vraiment l’endroit pour les enfants

Pas de climatisation . Je n’avais pas fait attention ! Et la chambre est minuscule donc pas d’air !!!!! Nous avons dormi à 4 dans le salon !!! Nous avons déménage les lits dans le salon et dormi avec la baie vitrée grande ouverte ! Et pourtant ce n’était pas une semaine de canicule !

Un air de vacances pour le week-end

Idéalement placé, à quelques kilomètres de Vallon Pont d'Arc, ce village vacances est très bien équipé. Il présente de nombreux services, avec beaucoup d'activités (plusieurs piscines, tyrolienne pour enfants, mini-golf, tir à l'arc, bowling, cinéma, skatepark...), bref tout y est. Le logement était de taille correct et bien équipé (attention nous étions deux).

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient relativement petites. Avec 2 enfants en bas âge ça convient, avec 2 adolescents, cela peu-être plus compliqué. Nous étions dans la résidence principale au-dessus de la réception. Celle-ci se trouve également au-dessus du restaurant à côté duquel se passent les animations. Cela peut donc être bruyant en été, surtout si c'est tous les soirs. Si vous dormez dans la chambre, cela ira, si vous dormez sur le canapé, vous risquez d'avoir du bruit même si la baie vitrée est efficace.

Le matelas du lit canapé et beaucoup trop fin pas tres pratique pour le dos!! Il manque une climatisation aussi. Heureusement qu'il y a des ventilateurs les les logement :)
