Wonderful stay, peaceful and feel like at home

The room was clean, tidy, big enough and modern. Everything is new. Each room has a small fridge with a small bottle of water. And we like the kitchen area. It is open, bright and so welcoming.

Responsive host, but no housekeeping during stay

I stayed for three nights. The host was genuinely very nice and responsive, and the self check-in process was excellent. The guide provided was very clear and made everything very easy to understand. The location is good and the host was honestly very good. With proper housekeeping, the experience would have been much better.

LI was very disappointed with the housekeeping. Every single day I came back to find the bed exactly how I had left it. In all my travels, I have never experienced a stay where housekeeping did not come in even once. The bed was not made, sheets and towels were not changed, and there was no basic tidy-up at all. We also ran out of toilet roll and it was not replenished, which was quite inconvenient and would not have happened if there had been even minimal housekeeping.

The kitchen was fully equipped and it was very spacious. Check-in and out process was easy too. We would gladly come back here, it made our stay in Como even better :)

Gem of a place in Como

Large appartment, plenty of space, all amenities (except a dishwasher), clean, clear information regarding check-in / entry to the building and appartment.

Location is good but not perfect - it is about a 1.5 km easy walk into the heart of the old town, not far, but remember that you have to walk going into town and going back, so if you spend a couple of days here, that's plenty walking...

Clean with comfortable beds, good for 1 night. Close to train station

The plug socket next to the bed was hanging off the wall which we couldn’t use and it was dangerous. Only 1 pillow each. Slow response to messages. Wallpaper peeling off the wall.

Lovely and clean room but the area is not nice

The room was nice and clean, and there was a kitchen with a coffee machine. Self check in ran smoothly

The area is really bad and not close to the city center. Our room was close to a supermarket, the noise of the delivery lorry woke me up at 6 o’clock. The air conditioning wasn’t working. I asked for a early check in and they said it was okay, but when we arrived the room wasn’t ready.

Modern room in quiet quarter of Como

The staff was very helpful, check-in instructions well made. Communication was easy and prompt. Super clean room and bathroom. The location was quiet and not too far from the city center (15-20 minutes by foot).

The water of the shower was not hot, only warm.

Host was lovely and helpful. The single bed was bigger than I expected and comfortable. Everything was clean and there was some food to take from the kitchen area which I wasn't expecting.

A little further from town than I hoped for (especially when traveling with a heavy backpack), but close to bus stops. The man who greeted me did help with the buses.

Beautiful modern and clean apartment, had a smart tv which you can stream from your phone, great air con, beautiful natural light. Building had an elevator inside so good for those with heavy suitcases. Easy free street parking. Approx 20-30 min walk to lake como shops and restaurants.

A great weekend stay in Como

A great apartment to stay in Como, it was very clean and spacious with everything we needed for a weekend trip. Very convenient was the supermarket right next door. Check-in was easy and arriving with the bus was quite direct from the main train station.

Our host was very easy to communicate with. The apartment was such incredible value for money given the prices in Como. The distance from the lake was no problem at all - a 15-20 min walk. Apartment was very well equipped and the supermarket downstairs was so handy.

Not an amazing view from the window but we didn't stay in much.

Exceptional

We loved nearly everything about the place. The communication with our host Felice was very easy - both via Booking and Whatsapp. He texted us instructions on how to reach the property and waited for us for the check-in. The room had everything we need and the shared area (a kitchen and a dining area) was excellent - we could prepare coffee, tea, warm food in the microwave... There's a supermarket right next to the property (In's) and there's a another one (Carrefour) just some 5 minutes on foot. The centre off Como is some 20 min away on foot, but there's also a bus stop nearby (number 6 and 11).

Very comfortable place in the suburbs, but a bit expensive

- very friendly staff with a lot of recommendations - comfortable, clean room with a good design - clean private bathroom - small snacks in the living room - a bit far from the city center, but still close enough

- maybe would be better to choose something a bit closer to the center - we paid around 90 euros for a night and I think it was too expensive

CASA LiLu was very clean and the manager was extremely nice. We checked in late and manager was very accommodating. located slightly further from the water front but brilliant transport links.
