Very relaxing vacation in a high standard villa. It's absolutely worth the money.

Everything was really high-end: beds, furniture, kitchen, showers, sliding doors etc. The kitchen had everything you need. Perfect cleanliness. Beautiful outdoor showers. Perfect clean pool and terrace. Room service every 2 days with change of towels. Very friendly staff. Gregory, the owner, is a very nice person and gave useful hints for beaches, restaurants and things to do. Although the location is close to the airport we were not bothered at all. The photos give a good overview but in reality the house is even nicer.

Perfect stay in a peaceful place

We booked the house mainly for the pool and its quiet location, and it truly met all our expectations. The house was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed—combining the best of both a hotel and a private home. I would definitely book it again. Gregory was also very attentive and always willing to help with anything we needed.

Beyond perfect

The villa is absolutely beautiful, very well-equipped and perfectly maintained. We had a wonderful week - everything was comfortable and nothing was missing. You can really see that every little detail was carefully thought of. The pool was amazing, and the owner was extremely helpful and responsive with anything we needed. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay!

Our stay at T7 Villa’s in Paros was very pleasant. All the outside showers were a dream and the privacy is fantastic. Beautiful view over Pounds beach from the comfortable sun-beds. Beautiful private pool which is quite deep. The villa is finished to high standards with meticulous attention to detail, which we value. Grigoris was very responsive and made sure everything was in order before and during our stay. Very comfortable, large bed with nice bed linen offers a great night’s rest. Beautiful experience! Amazing!!

We had an amazing week in one of the villa’s. Beautiful house on a beautiful locatian. Luxury really says it all!! The owners were super friendly, and the cleaning crew came every other day. They did an amazing job and brought clean towels every time. The house had every detail you need on your vacation, the villa had full airconditioning, the pool and terras were amazing, 2 very nice bathrooms and even two outside showers with full privacy. I can go on and on, but it was just perfect!

Clean modern villa, slightly cramped for space. Misleading instructions from staff led to annoying and stressful arrival

Staff told us that taxis were always available at the airport. There weren’t any when we arrived and we had to ask the ATV rental guys who were supposed to be meeting us at the villa to divert over to the airport to pick us up. During the time it took for all this to be organized the manager kept insisting by text message that there were always taxis at the airport when it was blatantly obvious that this was not the case.

Relaxed private villa!

This accommodation is a true gem if you want a luxury villa or suite at a quiet area. You will need a car to get around the island, it is really close to Aliki and because Paros is relatively small you can get anywhere within 30 minutes. Eleni and Gregory are gracious hosts and make sure you have everything you need. It was our 3rd stay at T7 and we will be back for sure.

a stylish, modern and relaxing accomodation which we loved to stay at

The suites are as modern and luxurious as advertized and we loved our stay. We were quite busy before we started our holidays and T7 is a perfect location to come down and relax. Since it is quite remote, you should consider a car. However, there is a mini market in 300 m distance that serves basic needs. The kitchen is well equipped and you can prepare your meals yourself easily. A 25 minutes walk along the kite beach will take you to Pounda - the ferry to Antiparos. There is the bus stop to Parikia (every hour during high season) and a lovely bar with friendly people and decent food.

There was nothing we did not like in this place.

Home away from home

Eleni and Gregory are welcoming and friendly hosts. The location is perfect if you’re after a relaxing break away from the busy crowds. Even though it’s next to the airport, you can’t hear planes at all! Easy access to the local kitesurfing beach, there’s a local shop 3 mins walk away, Aliki has a great selection of restaurants a 10 min drive away, and all other well known towns are a short and easy drive away. The villa was spacious, very well equipped, superbly clean and has a calming aura about it.

The only thing we would have liked (and this did not take away from our stay) is some temperature control for the swimming pool. On overcast days the pool was frigid, but we also understand that we visited at the end of September!

Great villa!

Everything is brand new, fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso), great aircon system. We loved the outdoor shower, such a plus. We only stayed for 2 nights/1 day and could not enjoy as we wanted, unfortunately. The owners are very nice and helpful! There is a mini market 1 min from the Villa. The big villa has 2 equal rooms with outdoor shower each and private toilette each. It is really perfect for a family or couples / friends.

We loved our stay at T7. The property has everything needed for a comfortable stay, well equipped kitchen, regular cleaning service. It’s close to the local shops and kitesurfing place. Good location to explore the island (we rented a quad and it was a great choice). We would love to come back! P.S. just as a small recommendation, it would be great to have food, plastic and glass recycling bins🙏🏻

Gregory and staff where exceptional when it came to any of our needs. The villa itself is actually amazing and the photos you see online do it no justice. No expense has been spared In these villas as everything is of the highest quality. I don't do reviews or anything like that but Im going out of my way to do this because I can honestly say, this place was amazing. You will not be disappointed. Without a doubt, we will be back again!

The only thing, and I mean litteraly only floor I have for this villa, The mattress was hard for my liking, but I'm extremely fussy so take my opinion with a grain of salt

This place is an amazing comfortable villa with a great view of the sunset. The staff was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The kitchen was extensively stocked with supplies and allowed for us to make a few great meals. The beds, pillows, and towels are all very comfortable. All of the showers felt so nice. Paros is a beautiful place and this villa definitely elevated an already wonderful experience.

The interior and exterior design was exceptional with high quality appliances and furniture. The floor-to-ceiling windows to the swimming pool terrace in all rooms offered a relaxing, bright view with a comfortable sense of privacy. The swimming pool size and design was the best I have seen in accommodations of similar price range. Finally for people who are into wind/water sports the villa is located very close to the Kite and Wind Surfing centers in Pounta.

Everything was above my expectations. The design of the villa exceeded my expectations and was by far the best place I stayed in Paros in recent years.

Einfach perfekt! 🤩

Die Unterkunft war wirklich außergewöhnlich und hat 10 von 10 Punkten absolut verdient. Es stimmte einfach alles - Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Design etc. Wir haben uns hier super wohl gefühlt. Hier wurde an jedes kleinste Detail gedacht, es gab sogar Mückenstecker. Und Gregory war darüber hinaus ein toller Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Wenn etwas fehlte (z.B. Müllbeutel) wurde es innerhalb von Minuten gebracht. Ich habe selten so guten Service erlebt und einen so hohen Sauberkeitsstandard. Kann die Unterkunft jedem uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Super schön

Es war rundum perfekt. Man hat einen unglaublich schönen Blick aufs Meer und Antiparos und der Sonnenuntergang am Abend ist super schön. Die Unterkunft an sich bietet alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht: Außendusche, große Terrasse, großer Pool, große Betten, gut ausgestattet Küche und einfach ein super schönes Interieur. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
