Great end to my trip to Paros

Great place to stay - made better by Kiriaki ths host who sorted out any problems. Handy for the ferry to Antiparos, and and hour's walk from the airport. A quiet relaxing spot (at least in low season; Pounda is very quiet). Only there for a couple of nights, but could have stayed longer.

Clean, inexpensive, but isolated, stay, walking distance to Antiparos ferry.

The room, though a partial basement, was full of natural light (we had a corner room), and felt spacious and very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Pounda is little more than a ferry stop, with no market, and only one tavern and one little coffee/ dive shop. The nearest market is on Antiparos, a ferry ride away. The bathroom is tight. We both stubbed our toes on the marble shower enclosure.

can recommend!

the owner is really lovely & even provided some homemade jam and bread the day of our arrival so we wouldnt wake up to an empty fridge the next morning. she even gave us an upgrade to a bigger room since we had a lot of sports stuff with us. in general, our room was a bit run down but due to the low price it still totally met the standard we expected. they even provide a washing space for kite equipment/sandy feet. all in all we wanna say thank you for an amazingly uncomplicated stay close to the kite beach 💛

Very good budget place to go kiting

Kiriaki was very helpful. Comfy bed and the kite spot is pretty close though it’s better to go by car.

The shower is small and the 2 sides curtain makes it even worst.

Disappointing stay in Pounda

The mattresses were comfortable and the place is close to the port where you can catch the ferry for Antiparos.

The apartment was in very bad conditions, especially the bathroom, which was falling apart. The shower was not functioning properly. The whole place would need some renovation and improvement. Besides, the apartment was not that clean at our arrival and nobody came to clean during our 3 days' stay. Definitely not a good value for money.

Short but relaxing and lovely

Amazing Stay!

The hotel is very close to the bus stop and antiparos ferries, very comfortable for 2 people (we had 2 separate rooms with 2 separate bathrooms in our apartment), appartment was very clean. Our host, Kiriaki was very helpful and lovely. I would definately stay again!

A home from home

Great place to stay, close to the beach and close to the ferry for Antiparos. When I arrived it was like I was visiting a relative, I was made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. I’m excited to go back!

Beautiful, quiet getaway stay on Paros!

Truly a perfect getaway combined with feeling like a home away from home! It’s a peaceful spot tucked away from the crowds in Paros. The owner, Kiriaki, made me feel so taken care of and gave me the best recommendations to explore the island! Also, it’s so close to the kite beach making it the perfect spot to stay if you’re planning on kiting in Paros.

Was ok but too far from the main town. You definitely need a vehicle if staying.

2 seperate rooms was good along with 2 bathrooms. Brekkie was supplied which was good

It’s location wasn’t great especially if you don’t have a car. It’s quite old and we were warned not to use the air conditioner too much. I felt it was a bit overpriced.

The staff were so accommodating and warm! They had little touches like homemade pastries yum!

The bathroom was a little tricky to get around in but we managed! Not as used to shower heads not being a fixture where we're from so that was tricky!

Beach is not very nice for swimming Bumpy dirt road to get to accom so dragging bags down the road it not too easy

Pleasant

Very nice personal, very good home made food for breakfast. We have got the room we have reserved, which was big enough for our family of 4. Very good location to reach Surfing beach and also LES AMIS restaurant near by is one of the best we have been to. Great chef.

Very old furniture in the appartment which was clean and nice. But furniture should be changed. No need for luxury desing just not 30 or more years old furniture. :-(

Bathrooms small and odd (toilet in shower are). Only hand held shower and very difficult to have shower and keep floor dry. No dressing table in rooms.

Amazing stay

Dominika is an amazing host and she made us feel at home. The breakfast was very nice with her personal treats and the home made jams. Location is also great, just few steps from the kite spot and even closer to the ferry to Antiparos.

terrific studio close to the kite beach.

the property manager is very friendly and a great host and takes pride in her place and makes sure all her guests have what they need. it’s very close to the kite beach and we really enjoyed the breakfast. the ac is cold and the rooms are clean.

Very Greek and atmospheric!

The place was really beautiful and close to the sea. I liked the meditarrienan atmosphere! The patio was also very nice. We also liked the short distance to the port of Pounta.

The shower was pretty small so the bathroom floor got really wet. Location was pretty far from everything. We recommend renting a vehicle of some kind.

The location is very quiet and the room is very big. The best part about it is the host Kiriaki. She made us feel like home and helped with everything possible. She is one of the best hosts I‘ve met during my numerous trips. I definitely recommend this apartment.

A bridge to Antiparos

The position of the house is perfect to go to Antiparos and well connected with other bigger cities in Paros

You can't throw paper in the toilet. This is probably a problem common in many facilities, but still was very awkward and unpleasant, and in summer especially.

Paros Accomodation

If you are wind and/or kitesurfer not looking much comfort this might be a perfect place to stay. There is a ferry to Antiparos every 30 minutes. Only takes 7 minutes.

In general it was not very clean ( dead mosquitoes on the wall, spider net on the floor, needs painting interior and overall maintenance). One of the bed was not double. Me, my wife and two of my kids slept individually on a single bed.

Perfect location to the kite beach (600 m down the road). very nice, spacious and clean studios. the family is also really nice and helpful. They have a very big garden/sitting/outdooor area where you can hang and wash your kite gear etc. Also just 2 minutes from the ferry to antiparos (5 minutes), where you have endless amazing options for dinner and shopping.

Séjour en bleu et blanc à Paros, en famille et en kite 🪁

À côté du port de Pounta, en lien direct avec Antiparos (7’), l’appartement était spacieux et confirmer le, avec des terrasses orientées selon le soleil et à côté des spots de kitesurf. Avec une voiture, c’est parfait.

Nécessite d’anticiper les courses car il n’y a pas d’épicerie à proximité et accessible le à pied.
