Fantastic! Clean and welcoming and central to the town.

The second time we have stayed and it won’t be the last! Great central location, impeccably clean and tidy with everything you could need for a great stay. My children are sad to leave as they love it so much. We feel welcomed and it’s like a home from home for the holiday week. Highly recommended.

Perfect little apartment that was very clean and tidy.

Very modern and clean - organised cupboards with useful crockery and utensils. Supplied with sufficient essentials to last the whole stay (dishwasher/washer tablets, toilet roll, kitchen roll, bin bags and toiletries. Brilliant that we had our own parking space.

Lovely apartment, very clean and a perfect location for the centre of Filey.

The location was great. It was in the centre of Filey, so very convenient for shops, and to eat out. It was a bit noisy early morning, or if you needed to open a window during the day, but only to be expected.

The toaster was under a unit near the sink and we did not realise that it had been pushed to a high heat, so it set off the fire alarm which was very loud. I turned it right down the following day, but it did the same thing. We managed to turn it off fortunately. I thought there were only one set of steps but there were two up to the apartment which was difficult for my husband as he is not very moblle. All in all though it was lovely and we had a very nice time.

Excellent place centrally located with a parking place

This is a fairly new property and it is beautifully finished, spotlessly clean, with firm but comfortable beds. It is right in the centre of Filey with everything on your doorstep and the beach a short walk away. Having a car parking space in Filey is a HUGE bonus. I would definitely return.

As it happened the flat was warm, but I couldn't work out the heating system! If I was staying longer or was cold I would have contacted the hosts but didn't bother because it wasn't an issue. The radiators coming on seemed to bear no relationship to what was on the thermasostat.

Very nice apartment but…

Very nice, spacious apartment in central Filey. Very clean.

The tone of the very frequent correspondence from staff. Not sure I need repeated reminders to take the bin out and do the washing up before I leave. Also check-in online seemed unusually intrusive.

Thoughtfully equipped; modern facilites eg smart tv, bluetooth player; spacious and well designed; two washrooms: comfortable beds; very clean; pleasant location near to town centre. Sea front quite close.

Lack of a lift, as 1st floor apartment. Not an issue for us but some may miss out as there's a stairway.

Brilliant - I’d definitely recommend it

The accommodation was very well equipped with everything you may need, the kitchen has everything you need if eating in/cooking The lounge has a fab tv and other media gadgets for relaxing indoors. It’s absolutely spotless. The 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms is a bonus if you’re going with young children or as two couples. The location is in the middle of Filey.

Nothing - however if you have mobility issues and struggle with stairs the flat is on the first floor level. (Not an issue for us)

If we had been there in the depth of winter I am afraid to say heating was a bit on the chilly side. Radiators never got hot.

Lovely, modern, clean and well situated apartment in the lovely seaside town of Filey. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Didn't get check in information until I contacted the office several times. We were given the code 8 minutes bedore check-in which didn't fill me with confidence. All was fine in the end.
