About this house rental

Located on an award winning holiday village, Looney Dunes beautiful detached beach house boasts a grande living space with two bedrooms, master en-suite with kingsize bed and the second being a double/twin with en-suite bathroom & hallway access.

The layout includes a stunning open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a log burning stove. There are bi-folding doors leading onto a decking area from the living room.

Outside our beach house there's off road parking for two cars as well as communal picnic grounds, lakes and a number of leisure facilities.

A beauty salon is located here too. There is also a communal heated indoor swimming pool, children’s pool, sauna and steam room.

Private access to the Beach is just a 1 mile walk.

Fabulous stay in this beautiful lodge. Fixtures and fittings were gorgeous and have been so well maintained. Rebecca and Ian were excellent hosts and kept us updated with information regarding our stay.Everything we needed was on hand to make our stay a home from home and the welcome pack was such a kind and very much appreciated gesture. The property is well situated within the grounds with less than a five minute walk to the leisure complex and pub. We can’t wait to stay here again.

We had a perfect stay at Looney Dunes for a short break to visit Bempton Cliffs and Filey.The property was very well equipped and comfortable, with lots of extras that many holiday lets don’t include. It was also immaculate throughout. The lovely welcome pack was well received after a long day travelling. Looney Dunes is located in a good position, away from the road and paths through the complex, although it doesn’t feel like a holiday park at all.Rebecca was an excellent host, we appreciated the great communication and help with queries.We will certainly look to book Looney Dunes for our next stay in the area.

This property is in a perfect location on the complex. The accommodation has more equipment than we could use and the complex is very understated - perfect for keeping children grounded during the summer holidays. I would definitely book again

We had a gorgeous stay at Looney Dunes Beach House. The House was very cozy and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and all the little extras were an added bonus. Rebecca left a little gift for our seven year old which was so thoughtful and even stocked the freezer with ice lolly's for us. I couldn't fault it at all. We've had a gorgeous break and we'll definitely be back ❤️

A really lovely place to stay. Warm and comfy and so nice to have plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware rather than the bare minimum that is sometimes provided. Also everything we needed for cooking. Lovely to be able to walk down to the beach. Rebecca was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely visit again.

We had a great bank holiday stay at Looney Dunes. The property was even better than the the pictures and in an excellent location for exploring the local area. It was a short walk to the beach and the site it is on is very peaceful. The host Rebecca was very helpful with recommendations and answered any questions we had very quickly. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Fabulous property everything you need and more, lego for the kids which they thoroughly enjoyed, sauces in the fridge, coffee machine with pods was a welcome surprise! Kids enjoyed the swimming on site and a walk down the beach to Filey. Very happy with this property would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again, thank you Rebecca 🌟

Looney Dunes gave us everything we could need and more to make it feel like home. Seamless check in process, spotlessly clean and a great host. The Bay is a great place, perfect for families with all the facilities you need, our babies loved their swimming before a family day out. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back again soon!

We loved our stay at Looney Dunes. The property is fantastic. Everything was immaculate when we arrived. We were extremely lucky with the weather over Easter weekend too. Lots of nice touches from Rebecca, e.g. Easter basket full of goodies and letting me know of events in the area that my children might be interested in. Would highly recommend.

I can only say wonderful things about Looney Dunes! Rebecca is the perfect hostess and is very friendly and quick to respond to any queries. The beach hut is spotless and beautifully furnished. It’s very well thought out (you can tell it’s been laid out by a female eye...mirrors, plug sockets etc all in the right places and hair dryers and straighteners all there! 😊�). There is just a short and scenic walk to the beach (which might be a bit difficult for anyone with mobility issues due to being a bit steep towards the end of the path) and you turn a corner and see the view of the beautiful coastline ahead of you. The beach is huge and sandy and never crowded. Lots of nice places to visit and to eat. We came home feeling happy and refreshed. Don’t hesitate to book...we will definitely be back, Rebecca! 😁�X

This was such an amazing place and the host was excellent. Our first Christmas away from home and Rebecca decorated the beach house, left an amazing hamper and made a Santa sack for my daughter...with presents! The property had everything you could need and was warm, clean beautifully decorated...plus 15 minute walk to the beach. To walk on the beach on Christmas Day just completed this very special trip. I will definitely stay here again Helen
