Chalet Panorama - Logement cosy avec vue 180 sur le lac

Séjour au top, chaleureux et très ensoleillé ! Le chalet était très bien et la cheminée un réel plus ! Nous avons passé un superbe moment entre amis et nous avons pu accéder facilement aux pistes de ski grâce aux conseils de l’agence. Merci ! Nous reviendrons.

das haus ist sehr schön und cosy. die aussicht vom balkon ist sehr schön! der heizofen ist schön und hat immer spass gemacht diesen als aktivität anzuheizen.

in der küche fehlten abfallsäcke (wir mussten diese kaufen). Am 2 Tag hatten wir kein Holz mehr und wir fragen nach.. man sagte zuerst um 12 kommt jemand.. am schluss war es dann halb 3 bis ein man zufuss vom haus gegenüber kam und uns 7 stück holz brachte. naia, 2 tage später kam dann ein anderer mann, dieser hatt genug holz gebracht und es war dan gut. im badezimmer hat es keinen duschvorhang! nur eine badewanne, das wasser braucht manchmal ein moment bis es warm wird. die betten waren gut. alles in allem, hat es uns aber sehr guet gefallen.. wir würden wiederkommen evtl. im sommer 🙂

Beautiful view and chalet spacious, well-equipped light and comfortable. Nice garden.

The property was described as a haven of peace which is why we booked the property. However, please note the adjacent road is quite noisy with traffic including motorbikes which surprised us as it just looks like a village Road on the map . if it is hot you need to have the windows open so you can’t block the noise out as there is no air-conditioning. Plus this year there is building work next door which starts early.

The view would have been great (but the weather was foggy throughout our stay, and we couldn't see the lake from the house). The interior, especially on the top floor, was rather cosy (wood). Quiet neighbourhood. Violette from LLA Selections, who supported us, was kind and helpful.

1) The house is not far from Annecy but traffic can lead to a 40-50 minute drive at several time slots during the day. Had we known this, we would have chosen to stay inside or closer to Annecy. 2) There is no insulation, so if anyone takes even a single step on the top floor, one can hear it, very loudly, downstairs. 3) Temperature is set by the host remotely, so we had to message twice and managed to increase the internal temperature by 2 degrees, 1 degree after each message... Thereafter, it was nice and warm. 4) There are no carpets. This is not nice, during winter time. This is especially awkward in the living room, where floor is not made out of wood, but with tiles, instead. 5) AFTER having paid the (non-refundable) amount at the Booking.com site, we were notified that we had to sign a contract. So, to avoid losing our money, we had to review and sign the contract. We have never been asked to do so for any accommodation booking, before. Also, WHAT if we did not agree with the terms? This is unacceptable practice. 6) We were also asked to proceed with a 800 Euro pre-authorization deposit via Swikly, for any possible damages. Very unusual, as well. 7) Since the booking, we received MANY unnecessary emails on the booking. Again, very unusual and disturbing. 8) Wrt check-out, we received email and a whatsup reminder to remove the sheets from the beds and leave them folded on the beds, empty the bins and the dishwasher etc. Of course we did this, because we did not trust that missing doing any of them could trigger use of the deposit! This was very frustrating. We have booked accommodation via booking.com several times and we have never been asked to do all these tasks. 9) Overall, not a bad place but rather over-rated.
