Beautiful location. Apartment was so lovely and so well equipped. They had thought of everything. Loads of towels which impressed me and a little welcome gift. We booked one the apartments with a hot tub and that was a nice touch. Wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back

Beautiful lake view apartment.

Beautiful views of Lake Annecy from balcony. Great air conditioning. Spotlessly clean. Bedrooms spacious with comfy beds. We had to contact host as access code didn’t work. He arrived quickly to sort the issue.

We had an excellent stay at Côte Ouest and would certainly come back for a longer stay !

Location (excellent, 20m to the lake)very good bedding, modern kitchen, service (excellent communication and support of owners. The place is also close to the bus to go to Annecy (less than 10min ride) and includes a parking car. Bike rental on-site managed by owners, excellent bikes. Our stay was too short (long weekend), this place is best for a longer stay.

Not really ‘did not like’ but more ‘to be aware’: No lake view compensated by a large private terrace & grass area, the option with two single beds are for small/slim individuals only.

Very good

The property is in an excellent location, right on the lake. There is easy access to local walking trails and a Lidl supermarket not too far away. The bedroom and bathroom are very big and overall the accommodation was quite comfortable.

The kitchen utensils could have been cleaner, however this may be due to the most recent guests as opposed to the hosts.

Excellent location on Lake Annecy with bike rentals!

Great location on Lake Annecy. Bike rentals available on site. Bike paths along the lake very convenient. Breakfast was arranged for a reasonable charge.

Our apartment was on the side with the very busy highway with no view of lake or mountains. Other apartments on lake side much more preferable. The highway noise was very loud. Our access code did not work on arrival but that was remedied quickly.

Splendid and scenic getaway place at the beautiful lake of Annecy.

Beautiful location, tucked away with a splendid view to the lake that can be enjoyed while chilling on the spacious terrace. Karine is a great host and she has always responded to requests and inquiries quickly, even more so, taking the initiative to reach out to make sure everything is alright. Loved the little touches, like some welcome pastries and selected items in the fridge. Also happy the place has even an aircon, which is a necessity for me during the hot summers in France. I also rented an e-bike from Karine to take a tour around the like which was a wonderful experience on its own.

I was very happy overall... Nothing to complain.

Very well equipped, everything (kitchen, shower, wifi) has been working perfectly well, safe parking and excellent access system (door code). Very friendly concierge, good email communication with representative (Karine). Very dog-friendly. Easy access to the lake. We felt good, really good.

Very little. Perhaps the noise from the nearby street, although windows are quite soundproof. In hot weather, you would want to keep them partly open, though.

TV and wifi need upgrading. Wifi really slow. (uploading video and pictures) Unable to hook up Apple TV to tv. Wish the air conditioning extended to the living room/kitchen.

Mouldy, rotten orange left in refrigerator. Dishes left in the dishwasher. The soap dispenser in bathroom broken. The mattress on the fold out couch smells. There were not enough sheets provided for the fold out couch and baby cot. There were holes in the bath robe.

real luxury and very thoughtful owners. easy to find and off street secure parking. you can walk down to the lake and lake path. lovely and warm even in mid winter.

Great holiday stay

The location and apartment is really great if you want to explore the trails of annecy. The apartment was big enough for a couple and the garden was a great size for a little dog. Kitchen was also perfect.

Upstairs neighbors were quite noisy at night, so it was not quite as sound proof as we’d like. Bathroom setup was not ideal.

Ideal stay near the lake.

Wonderful lake view. Very clean, some welcome treats left. No in person contact, but if needed always in touch through sms. Just on the lake, all the activities on site, like ebike rental. Enough parking spaces for all the apartments. Would recommend to everybody. Hope to come back next year.
