Standing Residence Kumuhei

Propre et spacieux

Close to park and grocery store. Easy to walk places but wouldn't feel comfortable after dark. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Maria was good at communicating payment info.

Instructions for the washing machine and dishwasher and where to take the rubbish would be good. Also, where to find food on a Sunday. Just little things like that.

Very clean, spacious accommodation. Kitchen vey well equipped. Despite being close to traffic, quiet at night. The whole booking, arrival, departure process made easy by personal action from the agency. Helpful with booking taxi. A very positive experience. Recomended !

It was clean and well set out. Comfortable was OK.

Firstly the elevator kept breaking down meaning access to the apartment, particularly at 3:00am with suit cases was not possible due to the stair case was a typical castle type spiral staircase. The apartment key was inaccessible due to the lock box code being wrong we finally called the police , who came and got us in contact with the manager and organized a lift repair tech. We finally got into the apartment after 5 hours. The elevator kept failing The apartment manager seemed less than caring and messaged us that we should stop complaining or she would have us evicted The place is OK, the manager needs changing.
