Gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit großem Balkon im 4. Stock. Die Gastgeberin war immer zu erreichen und reagierte sofort. Gleich gegenüber befindet sich ein gut sortierter Supermarkt mit täglich frisch zubereitetem Essen. Ebenso befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle vor dem Supermarkt.

The apartment itself is great. Clean, two bedroom, two bathroom. It might be a tad tight if four people stay with suitcases - we used the second room for all our stuff and slept in the other. Located close to the centre so walking distance to Papeete Market, the port, places to eat etc. I highly recommend the apartment itself, but serioulsy consider if the things I have mentioned below (the keys, codes, and carpark situation) will impact your stay before booking.

Host got her days mixed up and wasn't ready for our arrival. When I called to ask how we get into the property (we hadn't received any instructions, so was just met with a big locked gate), she asked if I could call back in an hour as she was driving. We were hot, just off the ferry and very keen to check in, so I persisted until she finally understood I was trying to check in. She immediately changed to being much friendlier and sent through instructions on how to get inside. All the keys were inside the apartment, which meant on check out (we left at 2am...) we had to pack the car, move onto the street, then use all the codes to get back inside, up to the 4th floor to put the keys back again, and then come back down again. It was a little tedious. The provided car parks are tiny and in between concrete pillars. We had a small Mitsubishi Mirage and it was a three point turn, and a bit of stress, each time we parked.

The location was a 7 minute walk to a large grocery store (which we could see from the apartment) and a 15 minute walk to the center and harbour. We rented a car and the car rental location was a 10 minute walk.

Would love to give this very clean, well appointed, and modern apartment a 10/10 rating, but there was no air conditioning in the living room and kitchen areas. ( There was AC in the bedrooms.). There was a large fan in the living area and we used the patio as much as possible, when shade was at a premium. It was very warm during our stay.
