- great location - large space with somewhere to eat, sit and sleep - comfy beds with nice linen - easy check in (make sure you ask for codes in advance if you don’t have a local sim. We thought we’d arranged a time to be met but turns out we got sent the codes a few hours before due to check in but with a UK sim we didn’t receive these. The owner came quickly so it was easily resolved) - hot water and nice towels - good curtains to block light out for sleeping

- limited light in bedroom to read by, missing bulbs in the sitting area - for the price you might have higher expectations. Everything is very tired, worn and in need of repair. We’re not fussy so it didn’t really impact us and I think the photos are accurate

We really enjoyed our stay on Tahiti! The accommodation had everything we needed – air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and had an amazing view. The location was great too, with easy access to the city centre. There’s a secure gate at the entrance, which made us feel safe, although it can be a bit tricky to get in at first. Parking is available on site, but getting the car through the gate can be a little challenge. What stood out most was the owner’s helpfulness – allowing us to check in early really made our arrival much easier and we appreciated it a lot. Overall, a lovely, comfortable place to stay on Tahiti!

Location is excellent especially when arriving by cruiseship, the apartment is within walking distance from cruise terminal. There is a local coffee shop nearby Kaua'a, very pleasant place. The apartment lives to its pictures and the place is large and comfortable inside, there is enough space for four people . Communication was superb, response time from owner was quick and accommodating. When we asked to leave luggage because of late checkin/check out he offered storage space in the building.

The neighborhood is not pleasant at night, like any downtown, the building entrance is "shady" and mosquitos are everywhere
