la disponibilité du propriétaire, réactif, la propreté de l'appartement et surtout il est très bien équipé ,pas loin du centre ville , les commerces aux alentours...

Appartamento funzionale adatto a breve soggiorno. Buona posizione in quartiere tranquillo.
Episodio di acqua doccia fredda / calda non disponibile. Recuperato in modo autonomo da caldaia dopo qualche ora.

L'appartement est très bien placé, proche du tram pour accéder au centre ville.
Immeuble dont les parties communes sont sales. Appartement peu propre (traces sur les murs, poussière sur le meuble à vêtement,etc.). Les chambres sont tristes, sans décoration ni âme. Et surtout l'appartement est très mal isolé, tant phonique que thermique. Il y a également un bruit (chauffe eau ?) qui se déclenche régulièrement la nuit et/ou au petit matin, ce qui a nous réveillé toutes les nuits.
