Casa Cristina con vista mare

L'appartamento ha una posizione comoda a tutto, in centro si arriva in meno di dieci minuti a piedi e stesso dicasi per la spiaggia. È presente un Eurospin dove poter lasciare l auto a pochi passi dall appartamento. Va sicuramente menzionata la splendida vista che si può godere dal balcone.

Sarebbe sicuramente un must avere l aria condizionata, ma va detto che lasciando aperte le finestre si creava una buona aerazione che permetteva di dormire.

La casa è ordinata e pulita, dotata davvero di qualsiasi cosa e attrezzo in cucina. Letti comodi, spaziosa, si trova alla fine del centro del paese, ma raggiungibile con passeggiata pianeggiante in 20 minuti. Davanti c'è un supermercato tattico e a dieci minuti una farmacia. La spiaggia più vicino a casa è a dieci minuti a piedi, comoda e bellissima. In più il comune ha messo a disposizione per luglio e agosto dei servizi navetta circolari dal lungomare al paese molto comodi per evitare le famose scalinate per tornare su in paese (biglietto a €1,50). Il signore dell'agenzia ci ha scritto più volte per sapere come andava e per aiutarci con un problema. Quindi nel complesso una buona soluzione se si ha bisogno di spazio e non si vuole spendere cifre folli

Sapevamo non ci fosse l'aria condizionata, ma dei ventilatori nelle camere sarebbero stati apprezzati.

Very nice location, not far from center and not far from the beach. Really large apartment with many rooms and two big balconies. One of them with a really nice view of the sea and a big table suitable for a lovely breakfast or dinner. 2 bathrooms available. There's also a kitchen with cooking facilities. We used it and it worked well. All is reasonably clean, in particular the towels and sheets were super clean. There's a lot of furniture, the apartment is well organized. Some facilities might be a bit old, but it was perfectly ok for us, all was well balanced with the large rooms and a nice view. There's no air-condition but I would not use it anyway, so not a problem for us. We parked on the street (quite easy at the end of July, but not necessarily always) or at the big EuroSpin parking just a couple of steps away.

- the street is busy, especially the motorbikes at night - some investment to make the flat more comfortable should be useful - the bathrooms and floors should be cleaned more often
