The property accommodated our party of 5 very comfortably. We cooked and ate several meals in the large kitchen and dining area. We loved sitting on the deck with the view of the lake and even enjoyed the fire pit one night. It had a good proximity to town and the stunning Watkins Glen Gorge for hiking and centrally located 1hr+ drives to Letchworth State Park, Buttermilk Falls and Taughannock Falls.
The driveway up to the house is a little challenging, but manageable, and we weren’t sure about drinking the tap water so we bought 1/2 gallons of purified water to make coffee with and drink.
