About this house rental
This charming house has wonderful sweeping views of Seneca Lake! A 10 minute convenient walk along the lake to downtown Watkins Glen restaurants, bars, shops and other destinations.
The house has a sitting room, a living room with You Tube TV, and games, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We can sleep 5 comfortably and 8 MAX.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a full sized bed in each.
Downstairs there is one large bedroom with a queen size bed AND two twin beds that includes its own bathroom. We call that the bunk room! This house is great for families or groups looking to enjoy the lake and wineries in the area, explore the Village, the Watkins Glen State Park, the plentiful hiking, beautiful waterfalls or Watkins Glen International Race Track.
Spend the days exploring the beautiful finger lakes and then relax on the outdoor deck with a glass of wine overlooking beautiful Seneca Lake after a busy day!
Ample parking with a driveway that can accommodate 4-5 cars.
We can forward all kinds of info to you via this app upon request and will have a information available to you including suggestions for many of the areas points of interests. (Restaurants, Wineries, Bars, Water activities and short road trips).
We have enjoyed eight seasons as vacation rental owners and look forward to hosting visitors this 2025 season at Green Point Getaway!

Jill was excellent to deal with. Great views and location (walking distance to town). Jill provided us with great info about the area (restaurants, water falls, wineries and breweries). Cute coffee bar setup in the house. Lots of little details to make it a homey, fabulous stay.

Just perfect! This was perfect in every way....very clean...great location...the view was beautiful..super comfy beds and pillows...stocked coffee bar....highly recommend.

This is one of the nicest properties I’ve rented. The host was great; she provided a lot of info about the area and even left a chilled bottle of local wine to welcome us! The home is indeed charming, very clean, comfortable and well-organized (I loved the little chalkboard labels telling us where everything is). The view of the lake from the house is beautiful and there are 3 outdoor spaces for relaxing, all of which flow into each other, with lake view. There is no lake access from the house, but this was clearly stated in the property description. The beds are comfortable, with four pillows on each, of varying lofts. Bathrooms are well appointed and in very good condition. Personal care products were supplied. The road at the front of the house did have a lot of big trucks running both day and night. This wasn’t an issue for us, but might be a concern for someone traveling with kids or pets. I would not describe the town of Watkins Glen to be a place where one could spend an entire day, but it does have some very good restaurants, and there are many wineries and farm stores within a short drive. Overall, it was a great experience!
