The old dairy is absolutely stunning, I loved the well feature in the bathroom. The owners are so nice and helpful. There is so many amazing places to eat nearby. It was spotlessly clean.

Perfect Getaway.

Our second stay here, will definitely be coming for a third!. Absolutely gorgeous place with everything you could possibly need. Hosts are lovely people, very welcoming. Lovely rural location with the local wildlife - Deer and foxes, visiting the gardens daily. Plenty of areas in walking distance to explore and to see.

Yes, we are fussy, the property would be ideal in a hot summer and the local walks are beautiful.

The position was good, very local to family. We love Cornwall and the hosts were pleasant.

The drive needed a cut back. We had a hire car and ended up bending the brambles back to avoid scratching. Also, it would have been wonderful if the property was aired better before our arrival, it was a wet week admittedly but smelt damp and was cold. The main mattress also rolled into the middle. I spent the week attached to the edge 😂

Absolutely perfect!

Quiet location surrounded by wildlife. Welcoming, friendly hosts. Exceptionally clean and comfortable property, tastefully decorated plus lovely stone walls and beams. All mod-cons available as well as a secluded, seated outside patio area. Coastal walks right outside the door. Perfectly situated for accessing nearby attractions and only a 10 minute drive to nearest beach. Super comfy bed and the cream tea upon arrival was very much appreciated. An altogether totally relaxing experience.

Its difficult to find anything wrong with this stay.

A couple small suggestions. The french doors let cold wind in when it was windy so perhaps address the seal there and possibly put some curtains up to maintain the heat in the room

Exceptional

The accommodation was really good, everything that we needed was there. The location was great for coastal walks to the nearby villages or the ferry to Plymouth.

It's very hard to pick out anything negative with this property - only thing I would suggest is that the sign at the top of the lane is slightly bigger and a bit more noticeable.

Everything was perfect. Exceeded all our expectations. The location was ideal for us travelling around Cornwall and easy access to Devon by car or by ferry in a very quiet rural area. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly, greeted us when we arrived, gave us a tour and told us about the history of the place. Homemade scones and gin were a lovely bonus too!. We both loved our private patio where we could sit in the evenings having dinner and a drink in the evening sun. We also loved seeing the wild deer in the garden. The Old Dairy was perfect for me and my partner as it gives off a very warm, homely feel and we will 100% be coming here again to stay when we next visit Cornwall. Highly recommend to anyone. Great value for money.

The best place we have ever been

It was a great location in a close proximity to nice beaches, historical sights and food venues but at the same time quiet and secluded for peaceful rest. There was near by footpaths for nature walks and a lovely garden at the property. The accommodation itself was tastefully decorated, well maintained and very clean. All amenities you can possibly think of were available from coffee and tea bags to washing machine, iron and board and BBQ. Special touch was the homemade scones, jam and sloe gin waiting for us. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and accommodated all our requests without hesitation. The garden was very well maintained and at the same time kept in a natural look so it complemented the surrounding nature. That was one of the best and most restful trips we ever had.
