Arenas beach 3

Très beau logement parfaitement agencé, propre, confortable, bus, tourist bus, tram, métro très proche, et places de stationnement voiture possible dans la rue ou dans un rayon de 200m. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire par Whatsapp. Salon très bien, espace cuisine rien ne manque, salle de bain grande, lavelinge, rangements vêtements ok, et côté détente Wifi ok, et 2x Téléviseurs connectés, ... Superette Suma express à 2 min, restaurant bars idem, plage à 5/10 min à pied, pour les sportifs runners juste 2km pour arriver au début du parcours du Jardin del Turia. Bref parfait !

The space was very well organized and the price is great considering it was a motogp race weekend. The bus station is very close and the metro station is relatively close by walking!

The apartment is on ground level, so we were afraid to open windows while not home or at night so the air was a bit humid.

Molt a prop del port, carrer molt tranquil, amb arbres i relativament fàcil trobar-hi lloc per aparcar (era el mes d'octubre, imagino que a l'estiu ha de ser complicat). Barri tranquil, ambient "de barri", amb personalitat i autenticitat. També hi ha bars i espais verds. El llit, molt ampli i cómode. El bany també ampli, amb tot el que necessites (gel, xampú, assecador de cabell, moltes tovalloles) i rentadora. Tot i ser un apartament petit està ben sortit de tot (rentadora, rentaplats, nevera amb congelador, microones, planxa i taula de planxar, TV, aire condicionat)

Poca llum natural i difícil ventilació, perquè l'única finestra que té està a peu de carrer (és planta baixa), motiu pel qual és millor tenir-la tapada amb la cortina i poc oberta. La cuina és molt petita, sense armari per guardar-hi el menjar. Té els estris bàsics però no hi ha espai per cuinar! Un detall que observo a quasi tots els apartaments i cases de turisme rural és que les paelles antiadherents estan molt gastades, i ja sabem que aquest material és tòxic quan queda exposat. A l'Arenas una paella encara estava acceptable, però l'altra no. Aquesta cuina és tolerable per a una persona i uns pocs dies, però per a dues persones penso que ha de ser força incómoda. Al bany falten penxadors per les tovallores.

Very good location, clean, good facilities but … what a pitty because of the sewage smell.

Very, very bad smell of sewage from the bathroom. On top of this, every time I turned on the light, the fan that smelled of sewage started. iI was not possible to ventilate because the window was on the opposite wall away from the bathroom. I covered the drains with rubber protections… useless. Awfull !!!
