There was no coffee for machine.no mini bar no x box 360 .no cups for drinks. No hair dryer or bath robes also bath had no waste plug.not within 400 metres of centre and only 2 car parking spaces

A lovely Italian-themed boutique hotel :)

The staff at Villa al Tempio were all incredibly kind and helpful, especially when we were getting bags up and down the stairs. The rooms are superb, each one individually designed in this quirky boutique hotel. We loved it! Altogether we stayed for several nights on separate occasions in different rooms. Two have massive bathrooms with lovely traditional fittings. Big, bright and airy overall. Prices are extremely reasonable - good value for money.

Generally everything was well kept and extremely clean, though the bedroom carpets perhaps needed thorough professional cleaning. It was a bit difficult to understand how the breakfast options worked. We had to pay extra for some milk to put on breakfast oats ...

Acceptable stay

There was a lot of light coming in the night from the window even with the covers on, that make it difficult to sleep. We had to cancel 2 days in advance last night and nothing was possible to reduce the price. We got the feedback that main reason was because of Booking reservation method.

Disappointing

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, they made our stay much better. There were quite a few issues with the room, but they were quick to respond and try to fix them, so a huge thank you to both of them!

The hotel is very dated, there is a strange smell when you walk into the room and we found it quite dirty (dust everywhere, leftover food in the cupboards etc). The shower in the room was broken but we could still use it. The TV did not work, the staff tried to fix it a few times but unsuccessfully. There is air conditioning but it took a while for it to start working. When we asked for an extra blanket to keep warm, they said it’s 25lv charge for that! Overall, it was quite a disappointing experience.

The only thing to like while staying at this place where Ivo and his colleague, who tried to compensate the poor quality. The hygiene level is extremely low. Though the place has a real potential…

Very good

The property was clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The property is located opposite a beautiful old church and there were plenty of restaurants and shops a short walk down the road.

There was no place to hang the towels in the bathroom so we had to hang them around the main room to dry.

A nice vintage hotel in Pazardzhik

The villa had the spirit of Italy in it. The interior was very interesting, in vintage style with some elements of contemporary style. The lobby was very cosy and the breakfast took place there. The room had two large beds close to each other, forming a double bed. The bathroom was spacious and had a shower and a bath inside. All over the room there were beautiful curtains and a nice city view from the windows. The air-conditioner saved us from the 40 degress Celcius that were outside!

Some of the things in the room were not comfortable - it almost had no place to put you toilet articles and stuff and also no place to hang any of the towels. The hot water was not very much and got quickly depleted. The room had no wardrobe and the only place to hang any of the clothes was above one of the drawers, but in order for the clothing to hang there, it needed to be with the size of a child clothing (otherwise it was laying on the drawer). Also, the only electric sockets in the room were on the window wall and there was no socket nearby any of the mirrors. The breakfast was a bit little for the price, the only one that was alright in size was the combined breakfast. Although the size, it was tasty.

Cute little find!

Gorgeous, huge room. Beautiful furnishings. The staff were so helpful and lovely. Gorgeous little balcony. Super easy to park as well and close to a supermarket. Staff couldn't have done enough for us.

It needed a bit more cleaning and some finer details sorting, but it was honestly still lovely. The fridge had previous people's old food and drinks in there so just a small oversight when cleaning. Also the bath waste was detached from the bath, but we didn't use it so just felt bad if we flooded the place.

the location was ok… and hotel was clean

•the hot water was limited, i dont know what system is this but its really limited hot water… i used to continue bathing with cold water (LOL) • staff dont know meanin PM and AM they forced us to leave hotel earlier than your check out… • The staf one of the woman was rude, She dont know how to speak with guest, she was lying down with sofa and talking like that (so shame )

We stayed at Villa al Tempio and we were impressed by the warm and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and convenient location. The beds were plush and cozy, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and the WiFi was reliable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Excellent location and very good service, good value for money

This is a quaint small city hotel with distinctive charm and atmosphere. The hotel has a perfect location, a short walk from the bus station and the popular Freedom Island park where my family spent hours in the local zoo and attended a local commemmoration event. The cathedral and the Ethnographic museum are just across the street. There are two more museums worh visiting in the close vicinity but they are closed at the weekend. We did not have breakfast at the hotel though they offer a decent variety of continental and cooked breakfasts from 08:00 to 10:00. The price is 8,00 leva (about 4 euro). A cheaper option are the local bakeries (closed on Sunday) and the cafe nearby. The reception staff was polite and helpful and assisted us with our requests and inquiries - I got all the information I needed, they made me pots of tea late at night, arranged an early check-in and a taxi transfer. I booked the room at a promotional rate and what we got was the best value for money, even better than I had expected. I partucalrly enjoyed the spacious bathroom with the hot shower, perfect for a retreat after a long day of sightseeing on a chilly winter day.

The room was on the small side and not well equipped for 3 adults. The 3rd bed was a sofa which I knew in advance but there was no wardrobe and place to put our luggage. My cousin was unhappy about the church bells ringing early in the morning:)
