Expensive and disappointing for what it what it is.

The location was ok because we had to attend a dinner party and stay at the city. The hotel was within walking distance of the party we were attending so for us the location was great. The hotel is generally fine for like a one night stay.

The toilet had obviously not been cleaned recently because when i lifted the lid the water was stale and had almost a crust on top of it. This tells me the water hadn’t even been flushed in quite some time. This tells me that this room was not cleaned before our stay there. The curtains were not blackout curtains and were definitely last updated in the early 2010s. Absolutely no point in having them they didn’t block any sunlight. The breakfast was super disappointing. Ordered the continental breakfast and received a rather small portion of clearly cheap ingredients. Also the hotel has a rule of no more than 1 coffee or tea per person which I find ridiculous considering the price of a single nights stay, which is the biggest issue here. We paid 75 euro for a single nights stay and a poor breakfast that came along with an obviously uncleaned room, dated decor and overall poor experience. This hotel would’ve been fine if the price was lower but at 75euro it’s a daylight robbery.

the receptionist did not let us know about the hours of breakfast and we lost our first day breakfast. we had to cover the sheets for the blanket ourselves even through it is still cold at night and the blankets should be out

A very disappointing experience in a most beautifully furnished hotel!

This is the sort of hotel that really deserves a score of 10 based on its magnificent furnishings and small but well equipped rooms, However, when things such as the aircon do not work in the heat we experienced there, then it rather sours the experience! Also it was supposed to have a fridge, but that was missing! We did get one when we complained, but it came with a very awkward extension cord that was in the way, as there was no way of getting the plug into the power point behind the unit as there was no access hole in the rear of the cabinet!

The none functioning aircon that we reported three times to management who fiddled with it but never got it working properly, as when it was turned on the room just got hotter and hotter even with it set to cool the room to 18 C! We had to resort to opening the window wide and to have the door of the room wide open to get a breeze through the room to get the temperature down to a just bearable 24 to 25 C. The damned stupid motion sensor in the bathroom that turned on the light and the noisy fan when anybody went into it at night, or even walked past the open door! As the bathroom had a semi opaque glass door the brilliant light and noisy fan woke ones partner if one went to the bathroom during the night!

Very nice, tasty breakfast, very good coffe, nice helpful staff. They actually don't have private parking lots for hotel guests, but the bloke at the reception on our arrival arrange some :)

Pleasant Hotel.

Ideally located for us. Parking was on street near the Hotel.

Breakfast was very basic. Choice from menu. Maybe because of Covid. Always left hungry. 2 nights were noisy because of functions at the hotel.

Habitación de espejos 😃

Buscábamos algo cercano a la autovía. Hotel con fácil acceso. Párking privado. Mini tiendas y cafés enfrente. Habitación con terraza. Elegimos una habitación más económica con dos camas separadas. Muy cómodas. Limpieza impecable. Muchos espejos en la habitación 😃. Tiene un restaurante propio abajo y ofrece desayuno, pero no tuvimos placer de probarlo. Habitación insonorizada y cálida. Precio - calidad- ubicación - ciudad un poco elevado.

Por cambio de caldera, según nos ha explicado. El agua caliente tardó bastante en salir. Pero sería un mini imprevisto puntual.

Not really children friendly

Este un hotel frumos si foarte curat. Este relativ aproape de centru.

Am fost cazati impreuna cu fiul nostru de 6 ani, iar la check-in au tinut sa ne faca foarte clar faptul ca vom primi micul dejun doar eu si sotia mea, iar copilul nu. Ok, am inteles. A doua zi, la micul dejun, am cerut sa ni se aduca cel putin o farfurie goala, eu dorind sa impart micul dejun cu fiul meu. Nu pot sa imi dau seama daca efectiv acea doamna nu intelegea sau nu dorea sa ne serveasca, pentru ca a trebuit sa ii arat farfuria goala pentru a pricepe ce vreau. Acestea fiind spuse, mi se pare lipsa de profesionalism ceea ce s-a intamplat. Poate ca ar fi bine pe viitor sa poate cei care vin cu copil, sa aiba posibilitatea sa cumpere extra micul dejun. Daca exista aceasta posibilitate, mentionez ca noua nu ni s-a comunicat.
