Las vistas , la piscina es un extra que no contábamos , la cama de matrimonio super cómoda.la ubicación aunque nos es la mejor ya que a mí me tocó mercadillo y estaba imposible, está relativamente cerca de todo. Para una corta estancia perfecto por el precio.

mejorable: ( que no malo) Limpieza, el sofá cama incómodo, el sofá y el mobiliario bastante trillados. El diferencial de la luz saltaba y no pudimos usar termo de agua caliente. Había una baldosa rota en el comedor y la tapa del mando El check in es muy tarde 16:00 y el checkout muy pronto 11:00. Menaje justito para 4, y no había jabón ni champú ni nada para aseo personal

Limpieza regular, sofá cama super incómodo de estar los muelles vencidos.

Accommodation was great for a one night stay, easy access to market and not too far to get to the beach, only if you have no mobility issues. It's about a 10 / 15 minute walk. Good view to the sea, lovely glassed in and larrge balcony, nice place to chill

We struggled to get into the property, but that was no fault of our host, more a failing on our part not reading all of the instructions carefully enough, which was difficult as I'm partially sightedd and the original plan of collect the keys before arriving at the property which was charged on the same day we arrived

The apartment has an incredible view over Benidorm - truly magical from the balcony. The space is generally clean and spacious, with a functional kitchen and a comfortable bedroom for the basics.

The sofa in the living area is completely disgusting – stained, worn through, and very uncomfortable. It looks nothing like the pictures online and seriously ruined the living space. There is a second sofa, presumably new, used as a proper sofa bed, so the old one serves no purpose and should just be removed. We had to cover the stains with a blanket to sit on it, especially since it’s positioned in front of the TV. This sofa needs to be replaced or removed immediately. Additionally, the shower was unpleasant to use: when running the water, it gave off a very bad, almost gas-like smell, and there was a bar stuck in the bath, which made it feel unsafe and unhygienic. The dishwasher and washing machine are not allowed to be used, which was never properly explained beforehand. Asking the property about it and NEVER received a clear answer, just automated messages or simply ignored the questions. Exactly the same for when I reported the sofa stains and asked about the appliances in general, there was no response, even after several days and this up until now. Checkout instructions were also not provided. Just left the keys where I found them.. Check-in was unnecessarily complicated, and the only time you actually get a response from the property. There are multiple portals to pass through, and the app you have to use is unreliable. The main entrances require codes that just don’t work, you just ringing the appartment and hope their technology works. Figuring everything out took about 20 minutes while waiting for a response (we’re in our 30´s and quite good in tech- but I’d definitely can’t imagine my parents figuring that all out without a lot of stress and frustration). Some basics were missing such as extra hangers (there were 5hangers in total), trash bags, toilet paper, kettle, and a simple kitchen towel. Despite the fantastic view, the disgusting sofa, unusable appliances, and complete lack of response from the property management made the stay frustrating.
