Fantastic location, clean and plenty of room.

The property had everything we needed. A lovely south facing garden. It was very clean and comfortable.
The weather was quite cold and not at it best. Therefore it was quite chilly in the apartment without any heating, however when the sun shone we sat in the garden. We also would have preferred a lock box nearer to the property.

The location was brilliant. It was basically a 15-minute walk from everything, shops, pubs and clubs, the indoor and outdoor market, and also the beach.
There was no charge for the air-con, which was a blessing as it was red hot.
Key pick up was at an office, which was at the other end of Benidorm. A member of the office staff did meet us at the gate, but (for a tip).
The apartment was for my mum, and she didn't mind tipping, but a better key pick-up could be an idea to take on board.

The apartment was stunningly decorated. The surrounding areaas were well kept and beautiful with the likes of lime and orange tress growing around the complex.
Some.vandals stole.all pur belongings at the pool.including my sons life jacket, and threw sunloungers in the pool. The pool was then closed for a day. I've never experienced that here before
