The apartment is in a great location in the Rincon d'Loix area of Benidorm which is on the western edge of the city near Playa Levante. This is about a 30 min walk to Benidorm centre and Old Town. The apartment is modern with all the facilities you'd need, good wifi, generally well specced kitchen, modern bathroom, large TV. It's on the 20th floor facing the sea so you have a great view of the area, the apartment faces south so you get sun all day which is good in the cooler months. There is no balcony as it has been closed in but the windows can be opened across like a sunroom. There is aircon in the lounge and bedroom for cooling and heating. For a Benidorm apartment it is in very good condition and good value when I stayed.

The floor was a bit dirty, I had to vacuum a bit so floor cleaning could have been better. The kitchen is a bit small, not much space to make anything if you want to cook meals but there is everything you need. There were a couple of useful things missing in the kitchen and it took trying 4 different numbers to get a response! But eventually what i needed was dropped off. Not much storage in the bathroom either, basically everything has to go on top of the washing machine. The worst part of the apartment is the soundproofing between the bedroom and the apartment next door. It seems the bedroom is next to the lounge and the wall is paper thin (typical in Spanish construction). As soon as the neighbours were up talking in the morning it woke me up every day, I thought they were in my apartment! Fortunately I had ear plugs.

Good location 2 streets back from the beach and main promenade.

We purposely booked this apartment for the pool as wanted the option of pool days before heading to Alicante. The pool shut for the winter a few days before we arrived which was not mentioned on booking. Very small kitchen. Fine for what we needed but you would stuggle if you wanted to cook alot.
