Ubicación, tranquilidad, vecinos agradables, trato profesional con la empresa propietaria
Piso con necesidad urgente de reforma, muebles y electrodomésticos con escasa funcionalidad (nevera no cierra, puertas que rozan, superficies despegadas, los interruptores están desicronizados, y no actúan sobre las luminarias correctas, hay marcas de vandalismo... No hay aire acondicionado y es un piso muy caluroso, los ventiladores provistos ayudan a cambio de mucho ruido.

Ubicado cerca de una de las principales entradas de Benidorm. Disponía de todo lo necesario y tiene garaje privado descubierto. La mujer que nos atendió era muy agradable y amable.
La limpieza era muy justa. Nos dio la sensación que tal y como lo deja el huésped es como se lo encuentra el siguiente (había una mancha pegajosa en el suelo de la cocina delante de la vitrocerámica y las mantas estaban metidas al montón en un armario). Se nota que es un apartamento para hacer negocio por pequeños arreglos que tiene un poco chapuceros.

Había armarios suficientes y dos sofás
Miserables con el jabón de manos, no hay para limpiar la vitrocerámica, casi no hay vasos, no hay cazuela grande, una sartén y muy rallada la piscina se estropeó y un día no nos pudimos bañar, y el resto de días muy sucia.
