Ionian pool house

The property is stunning, there was lots of space for 8 of us to stay. The facilities were also excellent including a huge tv in the living area, cooking facilities and a barbecue. The pool and jacuzzi were also a big plus, not to mention the amazing view of the sea. The staff were also incredibly attentive to our questions and were on hand swiftly if we had any issues during our stay.

None! I’d happily stay again

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and could not have chosen a better place. The villa is outstanding, perfectly located, and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It is an ideal base for exploring some of Albania’s most remarkable destinations, including the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Gjirokastër and Butrint, as well as the stunning Blue Eye and the beautiful beaches and coastline of Ksamil. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional hospitality of the hostess. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Her recommendations for local restaurants were excellent, and she even assisted us with purchasing fresh fruits and vegetables, which was greatly appreciated. The villa itself was immaculate, exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making us feel comfortable. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. If we return to this region, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Lage und Aussicht gehen nicht besser, die Unterkunft selber ist makellos, der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war jederzeit freundlich und es wurde schnell reagiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Man braucht allerdings ein Fahrzeug zum Einkaufen und für Restaurants, ein kleiner Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar.

I had one of the best villa experiences here—it was even more impressive than the photos. The view is absolutely breathtaking, with unforgettable sunsets right from the pool. The outdoor area is beautifully designed, featuring a large table perfect for family meals and a cozy sitting area that faces the stunning scenery. Inside, the villa is modern, stylish, and exceptionally well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. All the electrical appliances are top quality, from trusted brands, which made our stay both comfortable and convenient. What truly made the experience outstanding was Danae, the host. She was warm, welcoming, and highly communicative, always making sure our needs were met quickly and with care. The location is also ideal—just a 7-minute drive to Himare village, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and some truly beautiful beaches to explore. Overall, I can’t recommend this villa enough. It’s the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and hospitality, set in a fantastic location.

The pool is not heated, and for the sensitive ones, it may be cold when the temperature goes down yet there is a nice heated Jacuzzi warmer than the pool.
