Beachfront Villa Dionysos - With private beach

Absolutely everything! It is in a gorgeous location. Perfect pool area with lots of different spots to lounge in depending on temperature and time of day. Private beach access made it extra special. Close enough to walk to town (25 mins) The owners could not have been more helpful and attentive.

TOUT !!! Juste magique!!! 1 jour de « travaux » Qui aurait pu nous contrarier mais cet endroit est tellement sublime que vous en oubliez tout! Parfaitement équipé, ce lieu est idyllique ! Le front de mer rend le logement « humide » mais cela ne lève rien à la magie qu il procure! Cette plage…seul au monde… cette piscine ! Parfaite! Barbecue, ping pong, billard…pisicne sublime!!! rien à dire à part que l on y reviendra avec grand plaisir!!!! Quand à l île ! Il faut absolument la visiter!!!!!! Vous en prendrez plein les yeux! La ville de Sidari est animée! Inutile d aller bien loin.. Quand à Katryna au top! Réactive!

Villa Dionysos is really something special. We stayed here three nights and our expectations were not only met but surpassed. If you really want to treat yourself at this beautiful place (which we would recommend to do) ask the owner Dionisos to make the connection to the cooking duo „We the cooks“. We were treated to some extraordinary foods with impeccable service. 12/10 would do again in a heart beat.

Kitchen, patio and infinity pool onto sea. Very quiet location. Staff- lovely.

The property was not well maintained and very dated in all bathrooms and bedrooms. Upon arrival the pool maintenance had left covers open- this is dangerous. AC Heating in rear ground-floor bedroom did not work correctly. No bathroom light in ground-floor rear bathroom. Hot water was intermittent and largely unavailable in the kitchen and front ground-floor bathroom. No working radiators. And 1 cheap dangerous heater for the entire villa. Roads and gates are difficult to access safely. This is a two bedroom villa- the third bedroom is very cold and has no view. Wardrobes are not maintained with missing handles in all rooms. We were told builders would be using our villa car park- I believe bookings should be cancelled if there are planned building interruptions and notifications of heavy works most days. This is not ethical.
