Villa Fioraki

My wife and I plus our son and daughter in law plus small baby stayed at Villa Fioraki at the end of August 2026. What a great place – so spacious with verandas on three levels and one of the nicest Villa swimming pools we have seen. And what a view! The Villa is located about 2 minutes from the main road on a hillside which makes you feel you are in the middle of a forest plantation with no noise. Amazing! And the family that own the Villa also maintain it and are super friendly if you need any help. We had a great time there and were sorry to leave. In terms of location, it is really very good: a 15 minute drive into the lovely Gouvia Marina, 25 minutes into the heart of Corfu Town yet just 10-15 minutes to the beaches of Dassia and Ipsos with plenty of restaurants. As to which a special shout-out also goes to the local Taverna – Lucciola Garden - which is just five minutes walk from the Villa (we went there three times the food was so good!) – see https://www.facebook.com/p/Lucciola-Garden-Restaurant-100057075565935/.

Tres belle villa, agréable avec une belle vue et de bons équipements. Propriétaire flexible et très avenant.

Rien

The villa is very remote but in an incredible spot for seclusion and view. Great pool, very clean and the host is very responsive.

The cooker on both floors were broken and not replaced (although acknowledge one was ordered). This left only bbq or eat out as options. A few light bulbs missing and lamps in rooms didn’t work. Just small things but prevented a 10/10 rating.
