Immediate location, garden and pool area are lovely. A cleaner comes mid week for a bit of a tidy and a Gardner the same. The town centre is 15 minute walk away. A great villa.
The interior of the property is very clean and tidy but perhaps a little bit dated Maybe needs a refurb in the next few years? This a great villa though and should be considered by anybody intending to spend time in lovely Kassiopi.

Nära till matbutiker, centrum, stränder Värdinnan svarade alltid snabbt på frågor och var otroligt hjälpsam.
Lättare hantering att kasta sopor!

Fantastic villa - beautiful pool, enchanting garden and very peaceful. Lovely terrace and two balconies. Perfect location - 20 minute walk to Kassiopi harbour and 20 minute walk to Avlaki beach. Very good supermarket a couple of minutes away.

A great location as it is close to Kassiopi Town, but far away to be quiet. The 10min walk into town is easy and goes past the best supermarket, so collecting supplies on the way home is easy. The pool and pool area is lovely.
A few items in the kitchen could be attended to. The dishwasher needs to be repaired. This was fine for us, but others may want a working dishwasher?
