Barbati Bay Elegant Beach Apartments by Hotelius

The location and property were excellent. We would have liked a sea view but the beautiful olive tree lined, quiet street was beautiful and the large balcony with a lemon tree stunning. The apartment was clean, quiet, modern and very well equipped. The host was very quick to respond to any initial queries we had.

The only thing which could have been better was the sofa bed. It was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Perhaps a memory foam mattress topper available on request could help with this issue.

Amazing apartment ! I wish it was my flat :)

Nothing…

It was very clean, 2 air conditioning to keep the apartment cool and very close to the beach.

The signal in the apartment was not good, but its an overall issue in all of the island :(

Location nice beach but no other walk accessible unless you had a car. Prefer sandy beach

Apartment didn’t resemble photos on site. Very shabby and located right next to electricity pylon which emitted an irritating white noise. The shower was a nightmare, the water came out of shower head and bottom tap at same time and couldn’t be adjusted as it’s broken. The shower tray is tiny and the curtain doesn’t come all the way down to tray so bathroom gets flooded when showering. The entire apartment needs renovating if it’s priced like this. The curtains in the bedroom are filthy When I enquired at the Taverna by the pool what time the pool would open as it was past 10am and advertised as opening at 9.30pm I received an aggressive answer from the waiter and thereafter was treated rudely by the staff so we never spent any money there as they were overtly unfriendly. On a positive note Eftychia who was the booking rep was as helpful and polite as possible. Barbati is very expensive, the two supermarkets are super expensive and a total rip off. Unfortunately will not be returning
