Excellent property, with excellent grounds, pool, outdoor cooking facilities, and lots of privacy.

Only 2 of us stayed here, but Villa sleeps 6 and seating space is a little limited.

The house was cleaned top to bottom really well, and all the bedrooms were lovely. We loved the balcony off our double room, and the twin room. There is also a balcony to the front of the house. The living room is a bit small, if you were to have six people in the house. For two of us it was fine, but the couches are not very comfortable. It was also a bit cold as it was October, and a bigger house. We would put the heat on on the air-conditioning unit at night a few minutes before going to sleep, and this was fine. The pool area and garden are beautiful, pool a little chilly but we liked a morning dip! Martha who showed us around was lovely, and came to give us a gift of local sweets and liqueur when we were checking out. The kitchen table was also set up for six, with tea coffee and cream is, and a little bottle of ouzo, this was a nice touch. There was also a bottle of wine, some juice, and water in the fridge for us on arrival. You can hear the sea from the property, which we loved. The huge beach down the road is a five or 10 minute walk. You can walk along the front to Fuego beach bar and the town of Rona in around 25 minutes. It is dark to walk back at night, but a taxi is only €6/7. Kassiopi is a short drive away, and worth a visit, for restaurants and also a lovely little cove for swimming. We would love to visit the house again, with friends in the summer next year. All in all a beautiful place to stay, but best for those with a car perhaps because of the location. I will also add that Alkis was on hand on Whatsap for any local help and queries we had, he always replied promptly and was very helpful.

Uncomfortable sofas/being a bit cold in the living area was the only thing! The plug in heater did help. This wouldn’t be a problem in warmer months.

Alkis is the most friendliest host you could ever imagine. The Villa is beautiful and clean and the Pool is just amazing (I've been in hotels where the shared Pool was smaller). I would definitely come back again.
