L'emplacement, à 5 minutes de marche de la plage et à 10 minutes à vélo du centre ville. Les pistes cyclables sont vraiment nombreuses et très belles. La propreté et les équipements du condo. La croisière sur Le Grand Cru était sublime. À cinq minutes en auto de Bleu lavande. La plage du lac Fraser WOW.
Les roches omni présentes dans l'eau à la plage près du condo, la plage des Cantons. Un léger manque d'entretien dans le condo, la mélamine au-dessus du grille-pain décollée ça pourrait être dangereux pour les occupants. Moustiquaire de la porte patio difficile à manipuler. Trop de choses sur le patio, il n'y a plus de place pour y aller. La panture supérieure de la porte de salle de bain était lousse, j'ai dû la solidifier avec des cure-dents dans les trous de vis.

This is an upper unit so be prepared to haul luggage up stairs to the front door then again to the bedrooms on the upper floor.
