2 bedroom fully equipped condo located on the second floor, near the beautiful Lake Memphremagog.
This condo is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. 2 bedrooms with queen size bed + 1 complete bathrooms. An extra bed (sofa bed) is available in the living room. The condo is very well enlightened by its position on the corner of the building.
Patio-terrace, BBQ, air conditioning, natural gas fireplace, dishwasher, internet, washer-dryer, bedding, towels, everything is included.
You are within walking distance of the beautiful Lake Memphremagog Beaches, downtown and all its tourist attractions and nature with a good walk to the cherry path. Mont Orford is less than 10 minutes away. The place is quiet, relaxing and close to all services.
Really one of the best situation between the city and nature.

This was an excellent choice for our stay. 4 adults. Pull out couch was comfortable and not in the way for guests accessing bathroom or kitchen when in use. very clean and all amenities were provided for a long or short term stay. Host responded to communication promptly and check in instructions were clear. The area is perfect - close town, beach and lovely walking trails. Highly recommend !

Wonderful base for 2 couples on a biking trip. The property is right on the bike path for all of Magog beaches and trails and an easy drive to other trails. Apartment had everything we needed including a nice grill and a lovely porch we could eat on. Note there is no shampoo or soap in the shower so pack some. Beds were very comfortable.

Quel endroit parfait, tout y était magnifique Condo, accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, emplacement stratégique par rapport au lac et à la ville. Ce fût de fantastiques moments en famille avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin, rien ne manquait c’était juste parfait. Nous aurions bien pris quelques jours supplémentaires pour découvrir encore mieux les recommandations de notre hôte. Parfait petit nid douillet.
