Equipped with 3 separate bedrooms in addition to a sofa bed in the basement and Murphy bed, this cottage features a magnificent "Cape-Cod" style décor and exudes a year-round vacation atmosphere.
With its 60 feet of shoreline and its large dock in addition to its swimmable and navigable lake, it is the ideal place to spend quality time with family or friends. You can go on a paddle board or kayak getaway (provided), swim, fish or simply relax while admiring the magnificent view of the dock. You will be located 5 minutes from the Venice Golf Course in Magog. You are 15 minutes from Mont Orford National Park, where you can go skiing and hiking in addition to all the other activities available there
The cottage is also 10 minutes from downtown Magog and 15-20 minutes from Sherbrooke.
