Cocon 4 Saisons, fireplace, Beach, Mountain

First the unit was nice and the woman we dealt with was prompt with her responses. Here is a few things that stood out that would make the stay more enjoyable for clients in the future. Things that need to be updated in their profile.1. The bed in the bedroom is not a queen size bed it is a full bed. I have a queen size bed at home and this was smaller than what my wife and I normally sleep in.2. It says it can sleep 4 people. That is simply not true. The fold down couch in the living room was barely big enough for my 19 year old son. There is also a crater in the middle of the couch where it folds which makes sleeping uncomfortable.Things to make the stay more enjoyable.1. Hangers - There are no hangers to hang clothes on as there is no closet in the bedroom as well.2. Need a rug in the kitchen and bathroom as the floors are really cold.3. Directions on how to operate the tv. It is hard to turn on and work a tv when there is no information on how to use it.4. More towels and bigger towels. If your advertising it can sleep 4 people, then you need to supply more than 2 towels. The towels supplied were very thin and small.5. Need to put a blackout curtain on the front door. The light that comes through the front door makes it hard to sleep at night.6. An iron. Is a nice touch when you need to do a touch up on a pair of pants or a shirt. This was not supplied.

My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights. The condo is very clean and well equipped, just as advertised. Its located in a great location and check-in and communication with the host was easy and quick. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and good. Would recommend

The location was good however I found the communication especially the French part was not acceptable. We are anglophones and communications should be in English only. The owner told us that there was air conditioning but there wasn't and the place was very small
