Property is showing signs of aging. Outside stairs are quite steep and not really strong. Perhaps there is a way to let guests know that there is no elevator. Kitchen was extremely well equipped (electric mixer, slow cooker, large roaster, fondue set, etc. , except for table forks (only 3) . I would have requested more but there were only 2 of us so I did not bother with that. Towels were good quality and lots were available. Rooms were spacious and storage space was far more than needed. Location was also very convenient to marsh walks, beach and downtown. No AC but not an issue in May. It would have been useful to have paper towels in the kitchen and a box of kleenix.I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The condo was just like it was advertised. Very clean and comfortable. The only downside was parking was tight due to snow piles. Our car was hit by another condo resident because they hydro planed on the ice buildup.

Good locations, good condition and clean.

We had a good stay. Check-in was smooth and easy. The kitchen has an unusually good supply of pots, pans, utensils. The only downside was that we had trouble being as smart as the washing machine. It would seem that a previous guest made off with the grill brush, so we weren't able to clean that. But we enjoyed grilling and eating on the balcony every night! Thank you!
