Our host Christian was in contact prior to our holiday , and we completed the guest portal in preparation for our stay. Christian met us at the apartment and gave us a full walk through and explained everything we needed to know.The view from balcony is just incredible. Kitchen had every thing you could possibly need, the appartment was spotless and.we will definitely be back again.

There was nothing I didn't like

-The beds are exceptionally comfortable -The view from the balcony is Knock out -Christian was contactable and prompt

The incline to the beach, I am an avid walker but unfortunately not all of my teenagers are. The decent down to the beach or the shopping centre can done with ease but the incline back in the heat proved less of a family favourite. Luckily taxi's are relatively inexpensive!

Yes, it is a holiday apartment with a magnificent view and 2 new bathrooms, newer washing machine, dishwasher and that's it. We were 2 people and the apartment was big enough, and fortunately we could choose a bathroom. Christian was nice to get back to us about a new drying rack and when there was no water.

The view alone is not enough. Pictures do not allways tell the truth, and there should be a time stamp on the pictures. The apartment is very worn and used, and hygiene and cleaning need to be tightened up. We don't know who is responsible for the final cleaning so that it is ready for the next guests, but it is not optimal! We were actually in doubt whether there had been cleaning before we arrived, - and had the bedding been changed at all? It didn't seem/smell fresh, more like damp and a little musty. As we arrived very late, it was only the next day that we could see the reality of the apartment's condition. - Some lightswitches were dirty and sticky. - Mold on the ceiling in the room next to the living room (Christian is informed) - Mold and mildew in the cupboard under the sink. - Poor indoor climate. If you don't want the smell of damp, you have to ventilate the room all the time and/or the air conditioning should be on Dry. - Opened colonial products left behind. I can't tell how long they have been open, and it's not smart, for example, to have an open bag of sugar standing around. - It's filled with so many things and products that it must be difficult to maintain the good hygiene and cleaning that is required after each group of guests. - Sunbed cushions are very used and with holes. - The smallest bathroom had something brownish on the lower tiles and floor. We were unsure if it was a defect in the tiles or old dried feces. It didn't smell and on the wall it could be wiped off with paper where it fell off in small flakes. We didn't do anything more, as it should have been removed in connection with the final cleaning.
