This is a nice place for people that enjoy simple life and basic facilities. There is also wide garden.Great hosts.
The shower because after using it alo the bathroom will be wet. But there are two shower cabins outside. We used these.
I do not recomend the nearby beach.

Our host Maria was very kind and texted me in advance, the night before we arrive, in order to tell me that the room will be available anytime before 2p.m. She met us shortly upon arrival and showed us the room and gave us directions for the nearest supermarket and the beach. The house had everything we needed and we were able to park our motorcycles there and even clean them with some water hose they had in the garden. The yard is big and had a lot of green and places to gather in the afternoon or in the evening. I would definitely have it in mind if I go to the Nikiti area again the future.
