The studio is large and nice - this is important for me - to have two separate rooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bathroom, a bedroom with a large wardrobe and a comfortable terrace. In a very convenient location.

It's noisy, it's just on a busy street, we've been to other hotels nearby - noise is everywhere. Lots of new construction, which also adds to the noise. Because of the constant noise we have to sleep with the windows closed and the air conditioning on. But the hosts are not to blame for the noise, that's just the place. My only serious complaint about the hosts is the poor wi-fi. It wouldn't be bad to put night lights in there either. I have no other complaints.

We enjoyed our stay and would love to come again.

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable The kitchen is large and well-equipped, with a proper stove and a lot of small appliances. There is plenty of storage space and we particularly liked the walk-in wardrobe. The bed is very comfortable. Tatiana is responsive and cooperative. The location is excellent. The apartment provides full comfort for two adults and there is a sofa in the kitchen for a third person to sleep on.

Very small shower, water does not drain well after taking a shower and there is no tap with water on the street to wash beach things, you have to carry a basin of water from the shower to the street like in a remote village

Exceptional

The place is well maintained. All that you need, kettle, stove, fridge is there and working. The apartment is nice and cosy and from the terrace, beautiful sunsets could be enjoyed. The host is helpful and very quickly responding to any questions. We are divers and there is plenty of space to wash and hang equipment.

Very comfy place

Apartments with nice owners! I was here with my family (4 years old kid). Good service, big kitchen with owen, full kitchenware, big fridge, table and chairs. There is a table on the balcony as well. A beautiful bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and near-bed-tables. There is also a sofa in the kitchen. A mid-size bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet. If you want to make a BBQ owners will provide you with the grill set and all the necessary. Every Friday you can go to the big market (bazaar) with fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, cheese, honey, olives, even clothes. Approx 10 min to the beach by feet and about 3 min by car. So, it’s highly recommend to stay here. Hope to come back soon! Many thanks to Tatiana, Mikhalis, Dimitros and the whole family for the perfect time spent with them!!!

We enjoyed very minute of our stay in lovely Nikiti’s House and will hopefully return.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable apartment, lovely balcony, effective air con and constant supply of hot water. Super location, 5 mins stroll to beach and esplanade in one direction, and bakery and supermarkets in other. Excellent communication with delightful hosts Dimitrios and Vasso. We travel to Nikiti by public transport and Dimitrios kindly offered to picked us up from bus stop and dropped us back for our early morning departure. Tatiana was most helpful also, promptly replying to any texted queries in very good English - efcharistó to all of them, we’ll hopefully be back!

Nikitis house is on great location and everything is very close (beach ,market ,kalogria beach.....)apartman was very clean and comfortable ,in kitchen was everything we need,host are very kind and help as everything we need,so we spend wonderfull 8 days
