Great location and wonderful view from the room.
Very long, strange and over intricate check-in procedure. Wi-Fi was very weak, which meant television did not work.

Lovely welcome from our friendly host David
The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable especially the king sized new bed which meant we had an excellent nights sleep .A nice wall mounted TV and complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits which was a nice touch.
The room is on the ground floor of a residential property which is situated in a quiet residential street with free on street parking a short drive uphill from LOOE town centre.
An excellent price for a one night stay.
Nothing not to like about the room however there is a flight of steep steps down to the property which was a struggle with our heavy cases (David did offer to help us which was much appreciated).

Street parking outside.
Drive down the hill to the Looe and park in the car park at the bottom of the hill, which has EV chargers, which was great as we needed a charge after coming back from Lands End and needed some electrons before heading to Lyme Regis and Poole.

David was friendly and welcoming and room was exactly what we needed.
Only negative was the steps down to the property (and up to get out) although David carried the bags for us!
