Well located, clean and interesting décor

The house is larger than expected, with 2 king-size double bedrooms and a small children's room opening off one of them. The decor is unique, with a 'deer' theme. The house is bright, there's an outdoor seating area and an enormous garden, which my dog loved! The kitchen is well-equipped, the bed comfortable and everything sparkling clean. The location is countryside ,but close to Rennes , and only 2km from Betton, with all amenities. Wonderful!

The shower is in a bathtub, with a fixed glass panel along the side. Although a grab rail is provided, it's difficult to squeeze in and dangerous climbing out. This, combined with a very steep stairs, makes the property unsuitable for anyone with a mobility impairment. Children need supervision! The house was chilly overnight and in the morning. There were 'preset, do not touch' signs on the rads.

No hot tub

Lovely place, nicely decorated and lots of space for kids to run around. It is a 7 minute drive to Betton which has a great playground and a bar/pizza restaurant which was really nice so the place was easy to get dinner as well as tire the kids out.

The listing clearly states that it has a hot tub, both in the title of the listing and within the listing itself stating a nordic bath. However we got an email the day before we arrived to state there was no longer a hot tub offered, and this was the case since March. This was really annoying as we changed our route because we would have loved a hot tub for the evening, we would have preferred to stay closer to Mont St Michel otherwise. The kids were also really disappointed, and my 5 year old daughter cried when I told her - great start to a long journey! When I complained to the host, he just asked what did I expect when I'm paying €80 euros a night...but yes of course I did as I wouldn't expect someone to lie in their listing! Why not just take this off? He seemed like a nice chap otherwise. So I couldn't score the place higher than a 4 due to the false advertising meaning that we were disappointed before even arriving. The duvet cover also smelled funky which I'm hoping was due to how it was stored (put away damp) rather than any other reason! Photos are from the end of our stay (hence the pile on the bathroom floor).

its well furnished and looks like a castle interior,all was very nice,thats what we needed after long day travel,relax and gain the power back.location was on the way to cherbourg,i think must be very nice when is sun out - we had rain, but that feeling of french countryside was there present.

all was great,the jacuzzi though might need change for clean water.otherwise perfect.

L'accueil, la personne qui nous a accueillie était vraiment à l'écoute.

Les escaliers qui à mon avis ne sont pas au norme (pas très large mais très haute et les rambardes ne permettent pas de se tenir correctement) J'ai du loger mes parents dans un autre logement et le propriétaire à refusé de me rembourser la partie correspondant à l'option drap et linge de toilette...

Le logement Est très bien situé, au calme avec la possibilité de se garer. A 15 minutes du parking relais de Cesson Sévigné. La literie est au top du top.

Excellente étape en famille près de Rennes

La maison, impeccable de propreté, modernité, déco et équipements Le vaste espace extérieur La gentillesse tout en retenue de l'hôte et son accueil, notamment de notre chien... La petite touche des dosettes de café de bienvenue, appréciable pour notre court séjour d'une nuit !

On entend au loin en bruit de fond la route menant à Rennes (mais pas du tout à l'intérieur de la maison). Le lit de la chambre principale est un peu souple à notre goût. La mention "animaux admis" pourrait faire figurer qu'il y a un supplément de 10€, nous ne l'avions pas vu dans le descriptif au moment de réserver

rien pour suspendre les vêtements ,baignoire très difficilement accessible, manque d équipement pour la terrasse. bruit de tondeuse du voisin le jour de l ascension. les 3 chiens qui aboient jour et nuit.

Jolie maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Équipements très bien. Emplacement calme bien que mitoyen.

Il n’y a pas de jacuzzi alors que cela est spécifié dans l’annonce ! Du coup le rapport qualité prix est forcément moins bon. Et ce fut une déception pour notre famille ! Il faisait froid dans la maison et aucune possibilité d’allumer le chauffage. Nous avons un bébé et cela était vraiment juste. Il y a des aliments périmés dans le meuble de la cuisine (café). La literie du grand lit de la chambre mitoyenne est déplorable 😰

maison située à la campagne et à l'écart de la ville mais reste assez proche de la grande ville de Rennes.

La douche n'est pas facile d'accés et nécessite l'utilisation d'une barre d'appui pour rentrer dans la baignoire qui fait office de douche.

Déçue, trop cher pour ce que c'est.

Bel espace intérieur. Aspect propre. Betton est une charmante ville pour se balader le long du canal.

Beaucoup de panneaux d'interdiction de toucher, de partout, cela casse la détente recherchée. Si le propriétaire ne veut pas qu'on touche les choses autant qu'ils les enlèvent, ou fasse confiance...trop de bibelots inutiles. Baignoire pour se doucher inconfortable d'accès et d'utilisation. Les lits sont très inconfortable. Ils font la " cuvette". Rambarde d'escaliers pour monter aux chambres dangereuse... Frigo très bruyant. Placard salle de bain sale. Ne vaut pas du tout le prix demandé et si utilisation du jaccuzi il faut en plus payer 40€ , vu la qualité du gîte, c'est excessif. 172€ la nuit avec le jaccuzi utilisable que 3h c'est exagéré. Malgré la gentillesse du propriétaire je suis très déçue et mes amis également. Désolée.

Une belle étape en Bretagne non loin de Rennes et proche des commerces

Le calme et la facilité d'accès de cette superbe maison très bien équipée et agréable. L'accueil et la remise des clés se sont faits facilement. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester le bain nordique mais l'endroit est fabuleux. Nous recommandons !
