Cocoonr is offering this charming 76 m² flat for rent in the town of Bruz, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room, and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 1,500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living area with a TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
Outdoors:
- A 3m² balcony
- A 1,500 m² garden, shared and unfenced, perfect for enjoying sunny days
Construction work will take place on the plot from September 2026. This will not prevent you from parking your vehicle. Furthermore, as the building site is located to the north of the property, whilst the flat’s windows face south, noise disturbance should be minimal.
