Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 31 m² apartment for rent in Bruz, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor with a private entrance, it comprises an 18 m² living room, open-plan fitted kitchen, bedroom, bathroom (with shower) and a 1,500 m² shared garden. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment is ideally located in Bruz, in a very pleasant, quiet environment planted with trees. You'll be close to all the essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets. It's also close to the entrance to Rennes and the Parc Exposition, without suffering any nuisance, and has a large plot of land.

- The Rennes Exhibition Center is just 1 km away,
- Saint-Malo is 60 km away (approx. 1 hour),
- Mont-Saint-Michel is 82 km (approx. 1h10) away,
- Vannes, with its beach, 90 km (approx. 1h30).

If you choose to come by car, there is an outside numbered parking space, with the possibility of an additional unnumbered space if required, as well as a large free public parking lot located behind the house.

- It's advisable to have a car, but there's also the possibility of taking the bus.
- Nearest train station: Bruz train station is about 3 km away (5 to 10 minutes by car), Rennes train station is about 10 km away (20 min by car).
