It was perfect

The location, view and accommodation were all perfect. We enjoyed spending time at the villa, the shared pool has a lovely view and is a good temperature. It is close enough to La Spezia to take day trips to the busy Cinque Terre and PortoVenere, but it is good to get back to the peace of the villa. The villa is very well stocked with the basics you need like dishwasher tablets, dustbin bags etc. and even a bottle of Prosecco, thank you Donata!

Relaxing and dependable stay with amazing view and host!

Location was sometimes a little tedious to get around from due to steep and curvy roads, not great walkability, very car-reliant.

We had a lovely time in this property the house was very clean and Donata was extremely helpful.

The house has everything you might need and the views are beautiful. It did mention mosquito's in a previous review but we went in August and didn't really have any issues. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you might need for a lovely stay. The surrounding areas of Sarzana, Lerici and Cinque Terre are fabulous to go and see. But our favourite day out was to Porto Fino, it was stunning :)

I did have to phone the owner to find out how to get in. I have no doubt that Donata would have made sure she was around to take the call, but had the info been sent a few hours earlier it might have been easier. I do think also, having a guest book with various info eg how to open the safe etc would be helpful. Be prepared for the drive to the house and villages nearby etc at times to be quite challenging.

Beyond expectations.

The view from the property is stunning, beyond what we were expecting. The property itself was just fabulous and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a bottle of prosecco to greet us upon arrival which was a lovely, and much needed, touch. Couldn't fault it at all. Recommended 100%.

Great Tuscany vacation

We were welcomed by very helpful and friendly owners. House is great located in quiet neighbourhood , new, clean, very welll equipped. There are 3 twins houses in area but every house is fully independent. It is walking distance from Malaspina caste. It is great locarion for daily trips for seaside, mountain, attractions trips ( Cinque Terre, Pisa, LaSpezia...). We had very great time with family and friends.

Beautiful, clean property away from the crowds and noise. We would love to go back again.

We chose Antiquae Lunae because it was one of the few places that would fit our group of 6 comfortably. I was a little worried about the driving distance, since our goal was to visit Cinque Terre and the coastal villages but we discovered a new part of Italy in the process. The accomodations were spacious and comfortable... Donata really took care of the details, including coffee and tea available for our arrival as well as recommendations for restaurants and shopping. She is an incredible host! The pool was such a treat and we enjoyed our meals al fresco on the patio. It was so quiet and relaxing! The castle and village of Fosdinovo are charming. We would have loved to stay longer. If i were to do it over, I would have skipped the tourist destinations and spent more time to explore Fosdinovo, Sarzana, Lerici and other towns nearby.

We were surprised at arrival, because we didn't realize there were six units on the property. We had the impression that we would have the property (one house) to ourselves, but it other than that initial surprise, it was great. Our party of 6 used the three bedrooms and the pull out couch. The bedrooms were comfortable with air-conditioning but the downstairs was hot at night if we closed the shutters against the bugs and light. Donata was kind enough to get us a fan to manage the heat downstairs.

Amazing Italian holiday experience in a beautiful and peaceful nature.

The property is just amazing. The location, the size, and how clean and spacious it was - just perfect. Excellent for a quiet getaway to spend some quiet time away from all the city mayhem. Easy drive 20-30 min to the beach. Fosdinovo is a picturesque village with excellent local shops/cafes and superb croissants. The property exceeded our expectations in every aspect. It was amazingly clean! The beds are perfect and it is as quiet at night as it gets. Nice garden to play with your children and they are even now building a swimming pool. Donata, the host of this property, is excellent and helped us immediately with everything we needed - that is what you call genuine hospitality. She was always there for us, just one message away. It makes the stay so much more enjoyable when you know your host is there for you whatever you might need. Thank you Donata!

The house is very clean and everything is new. From the living room and two of the upstairs bedrooms, you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, cities and even the Mediterranean (Portovenere) because the house is at an altitude of around 500 meters. The road up the mountain goes to the nearby village of Fosdinovo (walking distance) and is wide and safe enough for busses and campers. The kitchen is equipped with lots of pans and other utensils. It has a gas cooker for 4 pans, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, water cooker, coffee machine, toaster and refrigerator with freezer. There are more then enough plates, cups and (wine) glasses. The house also has a vacuum cleaner, iron and washing machine. The living room has a couch, table and dining table with eight chairs. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a bunk bed, one bedroom has two single beds and one bedroom has a double bed. One bathroom is en suite and has a toilet, bidet and bath. The other bathroom has a toilet and shower. Downstairs is also a bathroom with a toilet. Outside is a big terrace with wooden garden chairs and tables with the possibility to eat outside. It also features two lounge beds and a barbecue. Furthermore you can enjoy from a large garden with grass.

Perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt von 5 Tagen mit Familie

Super Ausstattung, weit über dem Standard von anderen Ferienhäuser. Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Tabs für die Spülmaschine und Waschmittel, alles reichlich vorhanden. Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Pool wirkt auf den Bildern deutlich größer als er ist. Wenn alle Häuser belegt sind, dann könnte es am Pool eng werden. Anfahrt ist doch länger, waren wir uns aber bewusst.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schönes Häuschen mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Das Haus ist toll gelegen (Anfahrt etwas verwirrend). Die Aussicht ist beeindruckend, dir Ausstattung sehr gut und modern. Küche geräumig. Der Whirlpool ist in guten Zustand. Der Pool selbst schon gelegen und sauber. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und es wird sich um die ganze Anlage sehr gekümmert. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt!

Trumhafte Aussicht, alles sauber und gepflegt, auch der Pool. Ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Poolanlage war wirklich schön. Ruhige Lage.

Restaurants und Geschäfte ziemlich weit entfernt. Der kurvige und steile Weg dorthin ist sehr abenteuerlich :)

Wunderschöner Weitblick. Schönes toscana Haus mit viel Raum für sich.

Die Lage ermöglicht einen Weitblick der wirklich wunderschön ist. Wir konnten morgens auf der großen Terrasse Yoga machen und auf das Meer schauen und abends die Lichter der Stadt genießen. Matratzen waren komfortabel. Und wir haben einen hohen Anspruch an schlafqualitaet. Tolle Bäder. Sehr sauber! Gastgeber überaus freundlich und per WhatsApp zu erreichen. Küche und Ausstattung war gut, ein küchenbrett mehr und mehrere toepfe sinnvoll. Pool war schön zum schwimmen. Auch toll angelegt mit ausreichend modernen Liegen und Schirmen.

Handtücher waren sehr rau, insbesondere für empfindliche Haut. Gerne mit anderem Waschmittel waschen. Anfahrt ist steil und dauert circa 15 min von der nächsten Stadt zum Haus. Wenn man das weiß, ist es gut machbar. Hellhörig ist das Haus. Wir haben sowohl vom Nachbar Haus als auch in unserem Haus jedes kleine bisschen gehört. In der Beschreibung hörte es sich an, als ob der Whirlpool für alle ist. Das ist nur bei manchen Häusern der Fall und darf klarer beschrieben werden.

Rustig, schoon, schitterend gelegen

Het huis is heel mooi en schoon. Het zwembad is een genot. Niet heel groot, maar wel mooie ligging met prachtig uitzicht over de bergen en de zee. Het huis ligt heel rustig, waardoor je echt tot rust komt. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief airco. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. We komen er graag terug!

Door de rustige ligging is het zeker 20 minuten de berg afrijden voordat je bij het eerste grotere stadje met supermarkt komt. Maar we hebben hier niet echt last van gehad. Boodschappen gewoon goed timen... De rustige ligging en het mooie uitzicht is het zeker waard!

Hele fijne locatie met schitterend uitzicht!

Erg mooie locatie, mooi zwembad en heerlijke tuin! Erg genoten van de jacuzzi de mooie omgeving en de vriendelijke eigenaar. We hebben uiteindelijk besloten zelfs wat langer te blijven!

Het was heel warm toen we er waren en daarom was het wel jammer dat in de kleine slaapkamer geen airco was, de jongsten kinderen hebben hierdoor enkele nachten bij ons geslapen. De jacuzzi was na een week intensief gebruik en warm weer ook wel heel vies geworden, extra keer schoonmaken was wel handig geweest!

Fantastisch verblijf op de heuvel

De locatie. Bovenop de heuvel heb je een prachtig uitzicht over landschap en de zee. Het huisje en faciliteiten (zwembad) zijn top. De electrische auto konden wij kostenloos laden. Helemaal top.

Houd rekening dat je een kwartier reistijd nodig hebt om de heuvel op te komen vanuit het dal. Deze reistijd wordt beloond met een fantastisch uitzicht.

Toplocatie!

Prachtig, koel huis, goed ingedeeld en volledig ingericht. Het ontbreekt aan niets, zeer schoon, privacy, fijn contact met eigenaresse, goede bedden met klamboes, airco in slaapkamer, mooi zwembad, fijne jacuzzi (bij een paar huisjes) en ruime tuin. Rustige locatie met heel mooi uitzicht! De enige geluiden die je hoort zijn de krekels en vogeltjes en af en toe de kerkklokken in de verte. Een fantastische Italiaanse ervaring als je rust zoekt. Heerlijke plek, komen er graag nog eens terug!

Als ik dan toch wat moet noemen (maar waar wij geen moeite mee/last van hadden): de afstand tot de eerste supermarkt is minimaal 20 minuten rijden op een bergachtig weggetje. Als je op zoek bent naar levendigheid met restaurantjes en ijssalons om de hoek, kies dan wat anders. Hier kom je voor de rust. Maar als je uitstapjes maakt en je koppelt meteen je boodschappen/uit eten eraan vast is er geen enkel probleem! En neem anti-insectenspray mee!

Erholung Pur

Zwei wunderschöne Wochen durften wir auf diesem Anwesen verbringen und ich sage nur es war Perfekt. Donata wie auch ihre Tochter Ginevra waren aussergewöhnlich hilfsbereit, zuvorkommen und freundlich was man sehr selten noch hat. Sie haben sich riesige Mühe gegeben vor der Ankunft uns mit wichtigen Informationen zu versorgen (..Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. ) Zum Haus kann man nur sagen perfekt, es waren Handtücher für alle Gäste vorhanden, Tolle Kissenausstattung in den Betten wie auch die Klimaanlage und Mückenschutz in den Schlafbereichen. Die Küche war ein Traum klasse ausgestattet mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Selbst mit seinem eigenen Streaming Accounten konnte man sich mühelos anmelden. Wlan war im Ganzen Haus vorhanden, jedoch bei 6 Handy nicht immer stark genug und leider draussen auch recht schwach bis gar nicht, aber das hat uns nicht gestört den wir wollten ja Urlaub machen und nicht im Handy versinken. wir hatten das Haus mit Jacuzzi der atemberaubend war. Die Fahrt zum Haus ist jedoch etwas abenteuerlich das die Strassen sehr kurvig und teils sehr eng sind. aber es war jedesmal ein spass. Sarzana bietet einen wunderschönen endlosen Stand und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch sollte man einen Ausflug nach La Spezia in Betracht ziehen, es lohnt sich. Dennoch kann ich dieses Anwesen nur zu 100% empfehlen. Danke an Antiquae Lunae Casali für zwei traumhafte Wochen Urlaub.

Einen Kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ich jedoch, dass man die Matratzen mal austauschen könnte, da sie doch recht eine Kuhle schon vorweisen.

Pænt hus i bjergområdet, behageligt afslappende sted. Huset er yderst veludstyret med de forskellige køkken ting, og her pænt rent.

Poolen var lidt for koldt under vores ophold. Vi troede at jacuzzi tilhørte huset, men de findes kun ved de to nederst huse, som kun må benyttes af husene selv - så det er lige et opmærksomhedspunkt

Sehr saubere, gepflegte, ruhige Anlage mit tollen Gastgebern

Eine sehr saubere, gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Pool. Sehr netten, freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Eine tolle Aussicht und Ruhe zum entspannen. Die Anlage besteht aus 6 Häusern am Hang. Zwei Häuser liegen immer nebeneinander auf gleicher Höhe. Bei der Buchung über Booking, ist dies nicht unbedingt zu erkennen. Einen besseren Überblick ergibt die Homepage der Anlage. antiquaelunae.com Die zwei oberen Häuser sind: Agapanthus und Amaranthus. Die in der Mitte sind Banksia und Bloomeria. Ganz unten am Hang liegen Callistemon und Choisya mit jeweils eigenem Whirlpool im Garten (nur bei diesen beiden Häusern) Wir waren ganz oben im Haus Amatanthus, welches zudem am nächsten am schönen Pool liegt. Ein Tip zur Anfahrt. Fahrt am besten über Sarzana und gebt als Zwischenziel zwischen Sarzana und der Ferien-Anlage den „Pam Supermarkt“ und dann „Frantoio Moro“ ein. So kommt Ihr am entspanntesten und ohne große Schlaglochpisten hoch zur Ferienanlage.

Super Schönes, top ausgestattetes Haus mit schöner Aussicht

Das Haus war wirklich super, sehr sauber, super ausgestattet und eine herausragende Gastgeberin Donata! Sie ist spitze. Wir durften bereits früher ins Haus, da wir einige Stunden vor Check in angekommen waren und auch bei Abreise durften wir uns etwas mehr Zeit lassen. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt und möchten uns nochmals bedanken.

Das Wetter, aber durch die super Ausstattung hatten wir auch bei Regen unseren Spass.
