Bella casa rustica ben tenuta, con una bellissima terrazza panoramica dove possibile pranzare o cenare; l affaccio è direttamente sul verde e sul mare della Lunigiana.
Purtroppo può essere una location problematica per i disabili a causa della posizione e delle molte scale.

The house is situated in a quiet street with a fantastic view to the coast. There was everything we needed. There is a nice secluded patio which had plenty of room for my brother and sister and a few friends to enjoy time together. Emanuela's guidance on how to find the house made it very easy and worry free. The decor inside the house with the exposed brickwork is a very nice feature.

Spacious house with 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Big terrace with grill, seating and sea view. Efficient heating - central or fireplace.
Its not a negative point, just information - Its located in a small village on top of the hill (500 m a.s.l.) so not ideal if you are thinking about going to the beach every day.
