Relaxing staycation the
Very nice location and good apartment with nice view over the sea. Very easy and flexible check-in with Francesco showing up personally to hand over key and introduce apartment.
Shades in roof windows did not work. Would be nice with a bit more basic stuff in the apartment like handsoap, salt etc.

Definitely we want to come back!
The apartment was beautiful! With the most amazing view of the Mediterranean sea! It was so big and spacious, very modern and comfy. The best part was the balcony, where we did our wine and charcuterie boards every night! It was completely quiet at night, we slept so well! You can walk down to the beach, it’s amazing! Just be careful on the way back up, with the heat it can be a bit tough.
The dishes weren’t very clean when we arrived, especially the cutlery. It would have been nice to have some basics included, as coffee, tea, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, dishwasher pods, clothing detergent, etc. We had to buy everything, and of course, we lost a ton of products when we had to leave. Also, having some beach towels would be really useful!

We had a great week! The apartment terrace, the hotel and the nearby beaches were excellent, and Tellaro was beautiful -
If the apartment is booked, stay at the hotel. It is in the same beautiful building, very close to a public beach. Stefano and Olga who run the hotel were nothing short of amazing. Amazing breakfasts are served outdoor, there are bikes to rent (and if you for example forget your phone by Lerici bus stop and are ready to set an italian record, Olga will lend you one for free).
Hands down the best way to stay. Could be smart to have a car or bike, since the buses to and from Lerici are every 45 minutes but can be full.

Apartment very large, very comfortable, great air con, every need anticipated eg washing op Liquid, oil snd vinegar, salt, a little coffee for first day etc, very well equipped.
No wifi Mat outside door on marble stairs potentially dangerous. Risk of slipping on stairs better to remove I suggest.
