Location! Location! Location! Why visit 5T when there's Tellaro?!
Villa Tregia is a gem! The villa was clean and spacious. Great outdoor spaces and access to the water was amazing for afternoon dips. And Tellaro offers what you'd fine at the better-known Cinque Terre towns -- without all the crowds. It's an easy, 10 minute walk into the quaint village where there there are a few restaurants/cafes, and markets for essentials, including beer + wine.
Not much to complain about, but the parking is a bit of a hassle. There are "spots," but they were both a 5-minute walk away. Not a big deal, but if you're using your car a lot or have lots of bag (groceries, baby stuff, etc.) just beware the spots aren't immediately adjacent.

A wonderful three days which went too quickly
We were a family of 12 ... 3 generations ... the youngest was 10 The location was superb ... the facilities were great. The host met us and showed us through the property. Private access to the water with a canoe and a surf ski, flippers and a snorkel.
Only that there were no wine glasses or champagne flutes [but plenty of glasses]

Bright, airy comfortable villa with beautiful views. Lots of terraces, big rooms, well-equipped kitchen, easy access to the water. Some nice restaurants and a charming village within a short walk away.

There should be some ventilation like a fan in the rooms, otherwise everything was perfect. Also there should be a service for the luggage, as this will really help some older people use the property.
