Left early as didn't like our accommodation. Apartment overlooking car park and building not made clear in description. Wouldn't have booked.

Health concerns ignored and early departure required

Breakfast options were great (especially the bakery). Lovely view, and the beach staff seemed to be very friendly.

We left this property two nights early due to uninhabitable conditions and the lack of appropriate customer service. Note: this was an economy room. I am wondering whether the rooms that are in the upper building don’t have the same reeking smell and might be better. At check-in, I requested a different room. The staff member told me to wait until the next morning to discuss it further. After the first night, the odor in the room was overwhelming. It aggravated my asthma to the point that I could not climb the property’s stairs without shortness of breath. When I raised this urgently with the manager the following morning, my concerns were reframed as though I only wanted an “upgrade.” No solution was offered, and the property refused to acknowledge the problem. There were witnesses to these exchanges, yet the hotel continues to maintain a gaslighting attitude in writing, even going so far as to claim there was “no risk to my health” and that “mold must be visible to exist.” (!!!) Just know: if you do encounter any issue here, it will not be addressed. Even small requests were dismissed — we observed staff rolling their eyes at another guest simply asking for water. We left early, forfeiting two prepaid nights, not because of room size or view, but because the conditions were unfit for a guest with an ability to smell and management was unwilling to respond appropriately.

Es war super-schön entspannt und doch aktiv (Schwimmen, Laufen, Wandern, Rudern).

Das Appartment ist groß und gut ausgestattet - genug Platz zu dritt (wären wir zu viert gewesen, wäre die Couch etwas zu schmal gewesen, aber so hat es gut gepasst), große Terrasse mit Blick auf's Meer; selbst kochen und Essen auf der Terrasse war super!! Hoteleigener Strand ist super - kannten wir schon von früher. Super, dass man die "Bananenboote" einfach nehmen und herumpaddeln kann.

Im Vorfeld war nicht eindeutig, ob beim Appartment Frühstück dabei ist oder nicht. Jetzt wissen wir, dass es nicht dabei ist - ist OK, sollte man nur klar vorher wissen.

Wunderschön!

Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab wirklich alles was man sich wünschen könnte. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Durch die verschiedenen Ebenen mit den Liegen am Strand war es ruhig und gemütlich,auch Schatten war gegeben. Es führt eine schmale Straße ins schöne kleine Dörfchen Tellaro, wo man gute Restaurants findet. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Härliga bad men lite nedgånget.

Den egna stranden med kajaker att låna. Närhet till mysiga Tellaro utan för mycket turister. Nära Cinque Terre. Gratis träning med alla trappor!

Sängarna var för mjuka. Ont om förvaringsmöjligheter i rum och badrum. Vatten i kylen fylldes inte på, och man fick inte sätta in egen dricka där. Terrassen var lite skitig och solstolarna slitna. Microfiberhanddukarna luktade starkt av parfym och var lite obehagliga.

Paradaise

The location, the beautiful views, the charming sunsets, and the cozy beach – it felt like we were in paradise on Earth. Peaceful surroundings, quiet, warmth, the sea, flowers and beauty all around. The room was comfortable enough, with separate towels provided for the beach. Breakfast was very good, with a fantastic view of the sea.

There are no grocery stores nearby. Parking is only available behind closed gates, which you can't access until you've checked in, so you have to wait on a narrow street where two cars can’t pass each other.

Vacanza relax a Tellaro

La colazione servita in terrazza con vista mare sul golfo dei Poeti. La stanza con balcone vista mare e la vicinanza al paese di Tellaro e alle spiagge di Fiascherino. La spiaggetta privata dell'hotel con le terrazze con lettini per prendere il sole con un panorama fantastico sul golfo.

Bagno troppo piccolo tra il lavandino e il water c'è pochissimo spazio.

Non funziona il condizionatore d’aria, né per il freddo e nemmeno per il caldo. Uno del personale ci ha detto che alcuni convertitori sono vecchie da cambiare, un’altra invece contraddicendo il primo sosteneva che i condizionatori servono solo per l’aria fredda… insomma, un po’ di contraddizioni che non giovano alla serietà del luogo

Al nido ti senti come a casa.

La struttura è molto bella e colorata, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia tramite scale interne. Il panorama dalla sala colazioni è spettacolare su tutta la baia di Tellaro. La colazione è abbondante e di qualità sia dolce che salata. La mia stanza aveva un terrazzo con una sdraio e un tavolino.

Un piccolo gioiello a Tellaro

Uno degli hotel più belli dove ho soggiornato. Posizione stupenda direttamente sul mare. Delizioso l’arredamento e la particolarità di ogni angolo sfruttato al meglio. La vista dalla sala colazione vale il soggiorno. Possibilità di parcheggio impareggiabile.

Le scale. Ma non dipende dalla struttura ma dalla conformazione del territorio che le richiede necessariamente.

Les 50 marches pour descendre à la réception (et donc passage obligatoire également pour obtenir le code d'accès au parking), pas facile du tout avec des grandes valises. L'accès au parking en face de l'hôtel est dangereux.

Nagy kényelmes szoba, volt parkolási lehetőség, séta a kis utcákban, privát strand, lehetett ingyen kajakozni, ingyen napágyak/napernyők, bár a strandnál, kiadós-finom reggeli.

Sok a tiltás (tengerpartos nyaralásnál a homokot ne vigyem be a szobába), hűtőbe nem rakhatok ételt/italt, strandra nem szabad ételt/italt levinni, sok lépcső a strandra (ez egyébként a hely természeti adottsága), a szobába nincs egy szárító amire a nedves ruhákat ki lehetne rakni, idősebb korosztálynak nem ajánlott (194 lépcsőfok).
