Conveying false facts and almost a fraud. The Seaview is actually limited to max. 20% of your view. The rest is view on

proximity to Cinque Terre

Unfortunately our worst experience in Italy so far. Booked an apartment with Seaview for 3 nights in october. after arriving we challenged the seaview (less than 20% were seaview) and kindly asked for a Downgrade to a simple double bedroom (which were available and had better views) while offering to still pay the premium for an apartment. This request was denied by Mgmt just arguing desperately that the seaview is there. At the end we left the place after our first night (paid for 3 nights still). we rather spend our precious time in locations that take customers and customer satisfaction seriously. This Hotel seems unfortunately not interested in such profane topics. At the end they showed zero flexibility and according to the staffs reaction, i assume we were not the first ones complaining about the missing seaview from the apartments. So watch out when booking. From my perspective this is kind of a fraud and highly NOT recommendable

Health concerns ignored and early departure required

Breakfast options were great (especially the bakery). Lovely view, and the beach staff seemed to be very friendly.

We left this property two nights early due to uninhabitable conditions and the lack of appropriate customer service. Note: this was an economy room. I am wondering whether the rooms that are in the upper building don’t have the same reeking smell and might be better. At check-in, I requested a different room. The staff member told me to wait until the next morning to discuss it further. After the first night, the odor in the room was overwhelming. It aggravated my asthma to the point that I could not climb the property’s stairs without shortness of breath. When I raised this urgently with the manager the following morning, my concerns were reframed as though I only wanted an “upgrade.” No solution was offered, and the property refused to acknowledge the problem. There were witnesses to these exchanges, yet the hotel continues to maintain a gaslighting attitude in writing, even going so far as to claim there was “no risk to my health” and that “mold must be visible to exist.” (!!!) Just know: if you do encounter any issue here, it will not be addressed. Even small requests were dismissed — we observed staff rolling their eyes at another guest simply asking for water. We left early, forfeiting two prepaid nights, not because of room size or view, but because the conditions were unfit for a guest with an ability to smell and management was unwilling to respond appropriately.

Paradaise

The location, the beautiful views, the charming sunsets, and the cozy beach – it felt like we were in paradise on Earth. Peaceful surroundings, quiet, warmth, the sea, flowers and beauty all around. The room was comfortable enough, with separate towels provided for the beach. Breakfast was very good, with a fantastic view of the sea.

There are no grocery stores nearby. Parking is only available behind closed gates, which you can't access until you've checked in, so you have to wait on a narrow street where two cars can’t pass each other.

they don't tell you it's 170+ steps from room to beach area. we asked for beach towels only to be told they are not available until next week -1st June! breakfast ok. staff were rather rude and not helpful.

We stayed here for 2 days. The huge benefit of the hotel is parking and a private beach! The stairs are not a problem at all. Breakfast is good, the restaurant is overlooking the sea. The private beach is very nice. The bus stop is very close to the hotel as well as restaurants.

Good but not worth the price.

Breakfast is good and the very small private beach is very nice, friendly staff. Location is enchanting.

Many, many stairs both to reach the room and the beach; car parking is quite far from the hotel and guess what? More stairs! Annoying for me having a 5yo child with me, but impossible to manage for whoever has the slightest mobility issue, an infant or is old. Rooms and quality of the hotel match the classification (three stars) but surely not the price.

Efficient hotel in a beautiful location

We had a large room for a family of 5. It was a perfect size for all of us. The hotel has a very nice breakfast with a beautiful view from the breakfast location. They also have parking which is important for that area!

The room is old and "efficient" - there is nothing luxurious about it, but for the price and location it's perfectly fine. Also, it's not easy to find a hotel room for a family of 5!
