The private room with its own bathroom was located in a house with several similar rooms. The facilities were in very good condition. The room was spacious and bright, as was the bathroom. The house also has a fridge and a small kitchen, which is very convenient. The location is excellent, perfect for getting around the city. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely come back!
Although it’s true that the property offers private parking — which is very convenient in Tellaro, where parking is almost impossible — the management of the parking spaces could definitely be improved. During our four-day stay, we encountered some kind of difficulty with parking every single day.
At first, another guest had parked incorrectly, leaving only a very narrow space available where we couldn’t even get out of the car. This situation lasted two days, when it could have easily been resolved by asking the guest to reposition their car.
On the following days, a motorcycle parked in one of the car spaces (even though there was designated space for motorcycles elsewhere), which forced us to speak with other guests so we could block their cars temporarily in order to park. The next day, the motorcycle was still there, and we had to park awkwardly in a different spot.
In short, the parking management needs improvement. Simply marking the spaces with painted lines and assigning each one to a guest would help a lot. It would also be important for staff to intervene when a vehicle is parked incorrectly.

Lovely location to explore the charming Tellaro. Very good value for money. Clean and great views. Simple stay but comfortable. Nice hosts.
Shared bathroom but the bathroom was a very good size and modern. Perfect for a stay with friends or family.
