Tellaro meravigliosa

Molto bella la posizione, all'inizio della ZTL, a metà tra il centro del borgo e la spiaggia di Fiascherino. Comodo il posto auto nel cortile. La camera era di dimensioni adeguate. Comoda la cucina condivisibile con il frigorifero.

Avevamo il bagno privato, l'unico neo era che bisognava uscire sul corridoio per arrivarci, non un grosso problema per poche notti ma in camera sarebbe stato più comodo

Всё)) в доме очень чисто, чистые простыни и свежие матрасы, удобные. Нет никаких насекомых. В ванной комнате всегда убрано и чисто. Есть небольшая кухня с принадлежностями, холодильник - можно приготовить поесть, это очень удобно, так как на районе нет супермаркетов и только кафе и рестораны. У меня был номер с потрясающим видом на море и лес. В номере есть телевизор, шкаф с плечиками, кондиционер, полотенца хорошего качества. Рядом автобусная остановка, от которой идет автобус в Леричи ( там как раз есть магазин ). Помимо всех удобств самое лучшее в отеле это хозяева. Эрика, благодарю за помощь во всем и заметки для путешествия. Дорогие туристы, это хороший отель для спокойного отдыха без всяких неожиданностей. Цена - качество

La posizione tranquilla, la familiarità e la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel cortile interno. La camera aveva un bel balcone lato tramonto vista mare. Il bagno anche se in comune sempre pulito.

Ho dormito nella camera a due letti singoli, i materassi o la rete devono essere sostituiti, non sono confortevoli a mio parere. Magari una tenda oscurante (anche se ci sono gli oscuranti esterni) non sarebbe una cattiva idea.

Perfect private room with great accessibility to Tellaro and the beaches

The private room with its own bathroom was located in a house with several similar rooms. The facilities were in very good condition. The room was spacious and bright, as was the bathroom. The house also has a fridge and a small kitchen, which is very convenient. The location is excellent, perfect for getting around the city. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely come back!

Although it’s true that the property offers private parking — which is very convenient in Tellaro, where parking is almost impossible — the management of the parking spaces could definitely be improved. During our four-day stay, we encountered some kind of difficulty with parking every single day. At first, another guest had parked incorrectly, leaving only a very narrow space available where we couldn’t even get out of the car. This situation lasted two days, when it could have easily been resolved by asking the guest to reposition their car. On the following days, a motorcycle parked in one of the car spaces (even though there was designated space for motorcycles elsewhere), which forced us to speak with other guests so we could block their cars temporarily in order to park. The next day, the motorcycle was still there, and we had to park awkwardly in a different spot. In short, the parking management needs improvement. Simply marking the spaces with painted lines and assigning each one to a guest would help a lot. It would also be important for staff to intervene when a vehicle is parked incorrectly.

It was horrible. We booked it for two nights but we left after the first night.

Location was great and the village is truly beautiful. The property has potentials but in my opinion is not ready to host customers. Needs a great renovation through the foundations.

The room has no privacy. The door is an old thin wooden door with glass in the middle. You can hear every single noise from the outside of the room. The bed was not a proper bed but a metal "fold away" kind of bed. There was no air conditioner. Wouldn't be needed as the temperature was nice with the window open, however, were people ( and the landlord) talking just outside our window. So we had a door made of "paper" and a window that we couldnt close. NO PRIVACY at all..... In the pictures in booking they promote an other room that apparently has been renovated. So we thought that our room will look like that. But what we got had nothing to do with what we expected. I hope I will not get the "what you get is what you paid for" cause if the room was showed clearly in the pictures I wouldn't get it even for free. The landlord doest offer refund after booking, so I really felt like I've been trapped and cheated.

Great location and hospitality!

We only planned to stay one night but decided to stay one more night because of the great hospitality, very comfortable room and the location. The beach is just a few minute walk away and so is the tiny centre of the village which is great for going out to dinner. La Spezia is also not far away. The value for money is great and if we could we would’ve stayed longer. We very much recommend this place!

Delightful little hidden gem

Very friendly place and hosts. Shared kitchen is clean and well-equipped. Nice common outdoor seating area. Just a few minutes walk down to the sea. Shared washing machine is available for use. Free parking is a big plus here as it is quite difficult to park otherwise.

Poor sound isolation. You can hear what's happening outside the room or in other rooms.

Lovely location and view

The location is really great. It seems rather remote but you have restaurants and nice beaches around and can easily access la spezia and Porte Venere by car.

Unfortunately, there is no WiFi reception in most of the rooms and there was a small leak in our sink but they fixed it quickly. When other people are using water it is sometimes difficult to shower. Still good value for money!
